Consumer Complaint: I submitted a dispute about inquires, false information, and non-mailable addresses that are not mine. I want every inquiry on my report deleted. I didn't authorize them and they can't prove I did. So they are reporting false information that they can't verify. And I have one address, one phone number, and y name is spelled one way. I've provided those items so I want anything other than what is correct to be deleted immediately. And I'm opting out of any reporting without my written consent.

Consumer Complaint: I am writing to bring to your attention a serious matter regarding the violation of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) by TransUnion. Pursuant to 15 USC Code 1681 ( 5 ) ( B ) ( ii ) ( C ) ( D ), I am disputing the reinsertion of the following accounts on my credit report : XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX Account Number : XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX Account Number : XXXX had previously disputed these accounts with TransUnion, and they were removed from my credit report as a result of the investigations. However, to my surprise, these accounts have been reinserted without proper validation, thereby violating the FCRA. The FCRA mandates that consumer reporting agencies must follow reasonable procedures to ensure the accuracy of the information they report. Specifically, 15 USC Code 1681 ( 5 ) ( B ) ( ii ) ( C ) ( D ) states that reinsertion of previously deleted information is only permissible if the furnisher certifies that the information is complete and accurate. I request that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau conduct a thorough investigation into this matter. I kindly request the following actions : 1. Confirm whether TransUnion violated 15 USC Code 1681 ( 5 ) ( B ) ( ii ) ( C ) ( D ) by reinserting the accounts without proper certification of accuracy from the furnisher. 2. If violations are confirmed, take appropriate enforcement actions against TransUnion. 3. Ensure the prompt removal of the disputed accounts from my credit report. 4. Provide me with written confirmation of the resolution and any actions taken. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and the protection of consumers ' rights under the FCRA. Please do not hesitate to contact me if additional information is required. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this issue.
