Consumer Complaint: I have repeatedly raised concerns with TransUnion regarding inaccuracies persisting in my credit report, despite numerous notifications you ( transunion ) continue to report this inaccurate information. This situation not only appears to be grossly unfair but also runs afoul of the law. As stipulated in 15 U.S. Code 1681 ( b ), reporting agencies are mandated to adopt reasonable procedures for the fair and equitable treatment of consumers concerning the confidentiality, accuracy, relevancy, and proper utilization of information. The ramifications of this inaccurate reporting are severely hindering my ability to move forward in life with my family. I have explicitly communicated to ( TransUnion, XXXX, or XXXX ) that I do not consent to the inclusion of this flawed personal information in my consumer report and they need to be deleted because of inconsistent information. This stands in clear violation of both 15 U.S. Code 1681 and 15 U.S. Code 1681c2. I insist that you ( Transunion ) take immediate and decisive action to block and delete the specified personal information from being reported on my consumer profile within four days of receiving this notice. I anticipate your prompt response and resolution of this matter, recognizing the gravity of the situation. You are required to do what I am asking and block and delete the mentioned accounts in my attached letter from being reported to my consumer report within 4 days from the date of the receipt of this notice. This request is not being made in error and I will be contacting both of the other bureaus ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) that are also in violation of reporting this account inaccurately.
