Subissue: Information belongs to someone else
Consumer Complaint: I have been trying to solve this problem for some time with the credit reporting agencies and the corporations and debt collectors they allowed to put inaccurate items on my credit report without permissible purpose. They have continued to report items as well without my permission and not being 100 % accurate under 15 US Code 1681e ( b ). I am a litigious consumer meaning I am unreasonably prone to go to court to settle disputes and am in the process of taking legal action in this matter to enforce my rights under FCRA and FDCPA. This is my official notice.

Consumer Complaint: Dear Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding an unresolved issue with my credit report. Previously, I had filed a complaint about an unexpected and unjustified drop of XXXX points in my credit score. Despite my efforts to rectify this situation and the assurance from the concerned company that they were addressing the issue, the problem remains unresolved. The company 's response was to send me a copy of my TransUnion credit report to my current address. However, this action does not address the core issue at hand, which is the unexplained and significant drop in my credit score. I believe there must be an error or misunderstanding that has led to this situation. I am deeply concerned about the potential impact this could have on my future financial endeavors. I am confident and determined to rectify this situation, as I believe in the importance of maintaining a healthy and accurate credit report. I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter further. I am hopeful that with your intervention, the concerned company will take the necessary steps to ensure the accuracy and integrity of my credit report. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I understand that the process of resolving such issues can be complex and time-consuming, but I am committed to seeing it through to ensure that my credit history accurately reflects my financial behavior. I am hopeful that your intervention will prompt a thorough investigation into the cause of this sudden drop in my credit score. I believe that everyone deserves a fair and accurate representation of their credit history, and I trust that the CFPB shares this belief. I look forward to your prompt response and assistance in this matter. I am confident that with your help, we can rectify this situation and restore the accuracy of my credit report. Thank you once again for your time and consideration. I appreciate your dedication to protecting consumers ' rights and ensuring the integrity of our financial system. Best Regards
