Consumer Complaint: Subject : Dispute Regarding Alleged Unverifiable Debt and Violation of Permissible Purpose for Consumer Credit Report - Complaint Against transUnion I am writing to file a formal complaint against transUnion, regarding the furnishing of an alleged unverifiable debt reported by XXXX XXXX XXXXn my consumer credit report. Additionally, I am deeply concerned about a potential violation of my rights under the permissible purpose provision of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) in relation to this matter. Despite multiple attempts to verify the accuracy and legitimacy of the debt in question with XXXXXXXX XXXXXXXX, I have been unable to obtain any verifiable information or documentation supporting its validity. It appears that transUnion has included this derogatory entry on my credit report without conducting a thorough investigation into its accuracy or verifying the information provided by XXXX XXXX. Furthermore, I believe that transUnion may have violated my rights under the FCRA by furnishing this alleged unverifiable debt without a valid permissible purpose. I have not authorized any entity or individual to access my credit information for the purpose of reporting unverifiable debts, and I strongly believe that such actions constitute a violation of my rights as a consumer. I request that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau conduct a thorough investigation into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that complies with the FCRA and rectifies any violations of consumer rights. Additionally, I request copies of any documentation related to this investigation and any actions taken by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in response to this complaint.

Consumer Complaint: There has been constant fraudulent activity from an internal source working at this company that keeps putting fraudulent and personally identifying information on my fraud alerts and my credit report that no credit bureau discloses, that I never gave to them or admitted to, each dispute proves the fraud to be untrue and 3 months later it shows back up on my report. I've had fraud alerts and even a locked report via paid services with this bureau, and that has only proven to be false advertising and yet again, fraud! I've demanded internal investigation into who these employees are that keep targeting me specifically by illegally altering my report and putting information on it that keeps me a victim of id theft even w/ their paid products. I've mailed & faxed in the police report that started this gradual descent into peonage and this bureau fails at what it claims to stand for. This is corporate bullying at best and needs to be exposed as such along w/ a full federal investigation & audit.

I eventually XXXX XXXX and was put on XXXX. I contacted them for the insurance assistance to pay the minimum balance as I waited for my XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX payment to begin. I spoke with someone to start the claim. They were sending paperwork which I never received. I call back and they now dont see it on my account but it showed on my online statement. Somehow I now show 3 credit cards with them and I only had 2. They locked me out of my payment portal and will not assist me. They have sold 3 accts to a bill collector when there was only 2 accounts. They are being deceptive and I feel like they opened a new acct trying to transfer the balance to not show the disability insurance in which I paid for monthly.

Consumer Complaint: Dear CFPB, - My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have a hard inquiry on my transunion credit report from XX/XX/XXXX. Its a fraudulent inquiry. I did not authorize this to show up on my credit report and did not apply for a cfna account. On XX/XX/XXXX I called XXXX and spoke to XXXX. XXXX cancled the application and submitted a request to remove the inquiry from my credit reports. After waiting over 3 months, the inquiry is still on my credit report. I have made multiple attempts to dispute this with Transunion and they are refusing to delete this from my credit report. They told me its off of my report and sent me a credit report that shows the inquiry is still on there. Please assist me with getting this hard inquiry removed from my transunion credit report. I also have the same XXXX hard inquiry on my XXXX report from XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX has promised to remove the inquiry multiple times. They have already confirmed they recieve the request and its still on my credit report. - I already filed a complaint with the cfpb against XXXX on transunion. Both credit agencies responded to the cfpb that the inquiries from XXXX have been removed. I checked my credit report in XXXX and found the XXXX inquiry is still showing on XXXX and transunion. Furthermore, I order my credit report with XXXX on anual credit report and its still showing on there as well. I've attached a screenshot of both reports showing the inquiry. Both of these reports are my most recent report. I'd like these to be removed. Thank you for your help. Best regards, XXXX.
