Consumer Complaint: Hello, I sent dispute letter along with all the relevant details and documents to Transunion by certified mail on XX/XX/XXXX and was delivered by USPS on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXXXXXX XXXX Address was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX PA XXXX. It has been more than 30 days but I didn't received any response from Transunion. Upon contacting, Transunion customer service told me that they didn't receive any documents on my account. However, USPS clearly showing it is delivered and on the postmark receipt, address is accurate. They are asking me to open new dispute and didn't helping me further to trace this confidential documents sent via certified mail to them.
