Consumer Complaint: On or about XX/XX/XXXX XXXX informed me that i needed to reapply for income based repayment ... so i did ... my income as per the previous XXXX yrs or so was the same as it had been : {$0.00} XXXX responded to my application with a new repayment amount of {$1.00} the years previous the loan repayment amount had been {$0.00} I found this new repayment amount of {$1.00} to be odd as my income had not changed and my living situation had become worse as i now found my self homeless. I did some research and ame to the conclusion that if i paid the {$1.00} amount it would reset the number of years of {$0.00} payments. XXXX years of {$0.00} was needed to show cause for discharge of debt due to XXXX. I came to the obvious conclusion : If i paid the {$1.00} repayment amount that XXXX was requiring me to pay the conseutive years needed for discharging the debt would have been reset to XXXX i found this to be unacceptable and delined by not aggreeing to the income based repayment amount of {$1.00} the XXXX was now requiring. I did not make any payments of {$1.00} for the entire 2020 year. Because of the unethical nature that XXXX had displayed... i chose to with draw my participation in any income based repayment plans that XXXX offered moving forward. as a XXXX Veteran with a 100 % diability claim ... a claim that had finly been advanced on the docket... i was confident that i would be awarded the 100 % XXXX and my debt would be XXXX without issue. I communiated this to XXXX and the other loan service providers associated with my student debt. Thus i am in good standing with XXXX and the XXXX dept of education. XXXX chose a different route. they have falsely reported numerous entries to the credit bureau '' XXXX over the last 4 years. They have negatively affected my credit with reports of delinquncy and 120 day past due. starting in XX/XX/XXXX XXXX rportd my payments as {$0.00} per month even though they billed me for the {$1.00} amount prviously discussed.Despite the fact that i never sent a single payment of {$1.00} to XXXX... they reported to the credit bureau 's that i had made all XXXX payments ( recorded as {$0.00} ) XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX XXXX started reporting my account XXXX and 120 days past due for the amount of {$150.00} ( approx ). They state this is due to me not filling out and agreeing to an Income based repayment plan. XXXX continued this until th end of XXXX and then closed the account under the negative premiss of default. in XXXX i did not fill out and agree to an XXXX based repayment plan and they did not report my account past due one single time. XXXX did not report the amount due as XXXX ( approx ) or even the accual amount billed of {$1.00}. They reported it as it had been the previous 7 years ... {$0.00} i have contacted XXXX several times from XX/XX/XXXX - present. I communicated to them that that the {$1.00} payment requirement in XXXX was XXXX and that i would not be playing their game moving forward. They were made aware that my income of {$0.00} was never going to change and that a 100 % VA disbility award was iminent. They knew that they were never going to collect any money from me... ever, yet they aggressively persued a payment of {$150.00} ( approx ) through constant phone calls, emails and us postal service. THEY CONTINUE TO REPORT NEGATIVELY ON XXXX SEPERATE ACCOUNTS. I have requested the removal of all negative reports... XXXX has refused. Also of note... i was told by XXXX that in order to have my debt discharged due to XXXX i would need to fill out and return an application. I had them send me one. I recieved an application that can best be described as " overwhelming '' in regards to the amount of personal information they were requiring. I did not fill it out and return it as i felt that they did not need anything other than a verification letter. The VA autmattically sends these out when a veteran is awarded 100 % XXXX. I am requesting that XXXX provide me with copies of all of my income based repayment agrrements... .signed or otherwise I am also requesting all of my deferment agreements as i am wondering if they reqired me to use all of my deferments before being allowed to enter int0 any income based repayment plans.

Consumer Complaint: I disputed an account through transunion XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX car loan, this account was opened up fruadulantl, I want this account removed from my credit report, this is fraudulent and inaccurate information reporting to my account, I have took the steps to file an identity theft report requesting this account be removed and blocked the information from transunion and XXXX both came back verified, I am requesting proof that these fraudulent accounts were investigated fairly and proporly, also please provide me with the system and details your company used to to determine if this transaction took place or not.

Consumer Complaint: I am writing to dispute the collection account listed on my consumer report, which is associated with XXXX XXXX XXXX. The information regarding this account is inaccurate and I have no recollection of ever doing business with this collection agency or signing any agreement with them. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), it is unlawful to report inaccurate information on a consumer 's credit report. As such, I request an immediate investigation into this matter and the deletion of the account from my consumer report. Consumer Complaint: XXXX, XXXX, and TransUnion are consumer reporting agencies, and I am the Consumer. I have the right to make sure my private information isn't shared which is backed by 15 USC 6801 which states It is the policy of the Congress that each financial institution has an affirmative and continuing obligation to respect the privacy of its customers and to protect the security and confidentiality of those customers nonpublic personal information. TransUnion, Per the FCRA as a protected consumer I opted out of all authorization used to a third party. I the consumer may have given written, unwritten, verbal and non-verbal per 15 USC 6801-6805 the Privacy Act of 1974. Per 15 USC 1681 Effective immediately and indefinitely. All the inaccuracies of my personal information must be cleared off my report. All versions of names except my only Name. All other versions are in violation. There is only 1 correct address that should be in my Credit Report. ALL OTHER locations or addresses are UNMAILABLE and MUST BE REMOVED. - XXXX XXXX and other companies has Multiple Soft Inquiries are NOT AUTHORIZED : Per the FCPA as a protected consumer I have opted out of all authorization. I the consumer may have given written, unwritten, verbal, and non-verbal per 15 USC 6802. Those hits on my credit are not authorized and must be removed. All Accounts on my Credit Report that show payments to the account MUST be removed because it is ILLEGAL to report ANY transaction history on my consumer accounts to my credit report. I NEVER provided authorization for any institution to report my transactions. ALL current active accounts must be put to Paid as Agreed and remove all payment history, no payment history on any accounts can be shown. These companies Never informed me of my right to exercise my nondisclosure option. Not only that 15 USC 1681C ( a ) ( 5 ) states '' Except as authorized under subsection ( b ), but no consumer reporting agency may also make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information Any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years. '' This account is an adverse item they are reporting again without my permission, which is against the law. 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A states " A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. 15 U.S. Code 1681e states '' Every consumer reporting agency shall maintain reasonable procedures designed to avoid violations of section 1681c of this title and to limit the furnishing of consumer reports to the purposes listed under section 1681b of this title. XXXX and XXXX do not maintain reasonable procedures. Also 12 CFR 1016.7 states that " A consumer may exercise the right to opt out at any time 15 U.S. Code 1681n - Civil liability for willful noncompliance b ) Civil liability for knowing noncompliance Any person who obtains a consumer report from a consumer reporting agency under false pretenses or knowingly without a permissible purpose shall be liable to the consumer reporting agency for actual damages sustained by the consumer reporting agency or {$1000.00}, whichever is greater.
