Consumer Complaint: Based on a review of my credit report, Ive sent the following letter to have the report corrected and all inaccuracies removed, Under FCRA 15 USC 1681 and privacy act of 1974 for the purpose of maintaining the consumer report in premium standard. The following that have been highlighted should be removed as they are considered certificates of indebtedness which is considered income per 26, CFR 1.61 - 12 of the internal revenue, sub, chapter A and 26 CFR 1.108-2 The creditor debtors partnership treatment of value for market value of indebtedness, as equal to the liquidation for value of the debt for equity interest for the purpose of determining the tax consequences of the debt for equal exchange. All soft inquiries are unrecognizable and are to be removed per 15 USC 1681 permissible purposes, and the privacy act of 1974. These soft inquiries were not notified of to be placed on my consumer report, or verbally consented to, and should not have been reported without written permission. The following have been highlighted for removal from the consumer credit report names and addresses for removal as they are incorrect, spelling and non-malleable addresses, all phone numbers highlighted are noncallable and I can not be reached or notified of any changes on my credit report all nonaffiliated, third-party collectors with account numbers and transaction history are to be removed as they are charge off from the original creditor and are considered XXXX certificate of debt which is income per 26 US 61 where gross income is defined and considered income can not be reported at is a violation of financial transaction to be considered non-public personal information and to be removed immediately. 12CFR 332.10 Limits on disclosure of non-public personal information to nonaffiliated third parties. ( a ) ( 1 ) Conditions for disclosure.
