'' All of my rights in this particular instance have been violated by the above XXXX agencies. XXXX and XXXX never informed me of my right to exercise my nondisclosure option. Not only that XXXX XXXX XXXX ( a ) ( XXXX ) states '' Except as authorized under subsection ( b ), but no consumer reporting agency XXXX also make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information Any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than XXXX years. Consumer Complaint: Ive noticed that several deviations from mandatory reporting standards therefore the data in my report can not be accurate and complete! With that said, I deny your allegations and I challenge you to provide proof that you have the right to report this incomplete negative information on my credit report. Per 15 U.S.C 1681e Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates. According to 12 CFR Part 1022 ( Regulation V ) requires furnishers to : Furnish information concerning accounts or other relationships with a consumer that has integrity. Furnish information about accounts or other relationships with a consumer that is accurate. C - Conduct reasonable investigations of consumer disputes According to CRRG, in order to make a lawful report, you must follow the Metro 2 compliance standards. Also as stated in the CRRG Any Deviation From These Standards Jeopardizes The Integrity of The Data. This means that any mistakes in reporting claims can make the information less accurate and it affects the accuracy of any federally regulated reports. Therefore, I am invoking my rights to challenge these inaccurate and non-compliant items. Neglecting my demand will only prove that you DO NOT care about my rights as a consumer. Its NOT FAIR for you to report information that isnt confirmed to be ethical and meets the standards of certified reporting. Again, I am challenging these claims and asking for proof of the proper reporting standards. You are violating my rights! I have listed the concerns about your reporting in this document. It's not complete and does not meet my standards according to law, you must certify all aspects of required FCRA/ Metro 2 compliance which is done truthfully, correctly ( in a timely manner ), completely AND accurately as well - or else I would have to escalate these issues to the CFPB XXXX FTC and my Attorney General.

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/2023, I received an update that my credit score had dramatically decreased. It appears that although I updated my loan Autopay information with XXXX for my auto loan, it did not properly register and failed to debit my bank account for my loan payment. I believe that this was not user error and was due to shoddy maintenance of the XXXX website, which is the only way to access financial information regarding my account. When trying to double check that I did not have any outstanding payments and double check that my Autopay information was properly updated, I attempted to access the XXXX website but was unable to do so due to additional website errors. I did not receive any notice of the failure to pay via a usable means of communication until the missed payment was reported to the credit reporting bureaus.

Consumer Complaint: I respectfully request your assistance in resolving an error on my TransUnion credit report. A loan appears under my name that I never obtained. Trans Union is attributing this delinquent loan to me and I would like it removed. I never took out this loan that Trans union claims I opened an account for on XX/XX/2022 which was closed on XX/XX/2022 for the amount of {$190.00} with an ending balance of {$280.00} for SALARIES AND EXPENSES. It is showing a partial account number of XXXX for an Individual Account. I never sought a loan, I never signed for a loan, I never agreed to a loan, I never agreed to repay a loan. I never opened or closed this supposed account. I have asked Trans Union to provide proof that I took this loan out. They have not provided the proof, yet they have not removed this erroneous information. How can I get them to remove this information that is not accurate? ( You can publish this. I do not think anyone will be able to identify me from this )

Consumer Complaint: I have rights to ensure that my private information is not shared without my consent. The Fair Credit Reporting Act and other laws protect my privacy and require consumer reporting agencies like XXXX and XXXX to exercise fairness, impartiality, and respect for my privacy.
