Consumer Complaint: The original creditor reported this account late 30 days In XX/XX/XXXXXXXX this account should be removed from my credit file per the debt collection act seven year rule on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX has different dates for all 3 credit agencies for when this account to be removed. They do not have a complete file of my credit file. They made up the first date of this account being late. Secondly I requested a statement on my behalf was to be added to my credit file and every company that received my credit file should receive an updated version. I called several companies that inquired about my credit previously and I asked if their company received an updated version. Each company I contacted adamantly responded no. Either remove these inquiries for the pasr two years or send them updated versions of my credit file per the Fair debt collections act. These companies should be allowed to hear my version of this debt to make a fair decision on my behalf.
