Issue: Improper use of your report
Subissue: Credit inquiries on your report that you don't recognize
Consumer Complaint: Ive noticed that several deviations from mandatory reporting standards therefore the data in my report can not be accurate and complete! With that said, I deny your allegations and I challenge you to provide proof that you have the right to report this incomplete negative information on my credit report. Per 15 U.S.C 1681e Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates. According to 12 CFR Part 1022 ( Regulation V ) requires furnishers to : Furnish information concerning accounts or other relationships with a consumer that has integrity. Furnish information about accounts or other relationships with a consumer that is accurate. C - Conduct reasonable investigations of consumer disputes According to CRRG, in order to make a lawful report, you must follow the Metro 2 compliance standards. Also as stated in the CRRG Any Deviation From These Standards Jeopardizes The Integrity of The Data. This means that any mistakes in reporting claims can make the information less accurate and it affects the accuracy of any federally regulated reports. Therefore, I am invoking my rights to challenge these inaccurate and non-compliant items. Neglecting my demand will only prove that you DO NOT care about my rights as a consumer. Its NOT FAIR for you to report information that isnt confirmed to be ethical and meets the standards of certified reporting. Again, I am challenging these claims and asking for proof of the proper reporting standards. You are violating my rights! I have listed the concerns about your reporting in this document. It's not complete and does not meet my standards according to law, you must certify all aspects of required FCRA/ Metro 2 compliance which is done truthfully, correctly ( in a timely manner ), completely AND accurately as well - or else I would have to escalate these issues to the CFPB , FTC and my Attorney General.

Consumer Complaint: I am writing to dispute the inclusion of this bankruptcy on my credit report. The dates filed and reported, as well as the closing dates, do not align. This situation is highly concerning as I possess a letter from the court clearly stating that this bankruptcy should not be reported to you. Furthermore, the involvement of an unauthorized third party adds to the absurdity of this situation.

Consumer Complaint: Greetings, I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) for their persistent inaccuracies in reporting my XXXX loan information to the credit bureaus. These inaccuracies have not only misrepresented my payment history but have also unfairly impacted my credit score. XXXX has reported my loan payments as late on multiple occasions. I have never missed a payment nor have I been late with my payments at any point during the tenure of my loan. The information being reported is not only wrong but appears fraudulent and completely inaccurate. This misreporting has caused significant and undue stress, as well as potential financial harm, due to the negative impact on my creditworthiness. I have attempted to resolve this issue directly with XXXX on several occasions, providing them with ample evidence and requesting that they correct the information they are furnishing to the credit bureaus. Despite my efforts, the inaccuracies persist, and my credit report continues to reflect these erroneous late payments. Given the gravity of the situation and the potential for long-lasting negative impacts on my financial health, I am turning to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau for assistance. I respectfully request that the CFPB investigate this matter to ensure that : 1. XXXX corrects the inaccurate reporting of my payment history immediately. 2. XXXX is held accountable for the mismanagement and incorrect furnishing of consumer credit information. 3. Measures are put in place to prevent future occurrences of this nature for myself and other consumers. I trust that the CFPB will take my complaint seriously and assist in rectifying this issue promptly. I look forward to your response and am hopeful for a resolution that corrects my credit report and restores my creditworthiness. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I lodged a complaint with these Bureaus a month ago, but unfortunately, the inaccurate information on my report still remains. I haven't received any communication from the Bureaus, except for the notification that you sent stating that the company has responded to my complaint. How can I be certain that they have thoroughly checked the inaccuracies on my report? What methods did they employ to validate the accounts? This whole situation is incredibly frustrating! It's been more than 30 days since I filed a complaint with these Bureaus, and yet the disputed accounts have not been updated. If this continues, I will have no choice but to take legal action due to the immense stress this has caused me. Moreover, I am also concerned about the security of my personal data, as it was affected by the XXXX, XXXX, and Transunion data breach
