Issue: Improper use of your report
Subissue: Reporting company used your report improperly
Consumer Complaint: This complaint is being filed against the furnishers of information and all three Credit Reporting Agencies ( XXXX, XXXX and Transunion ) for violating my privacy by reporting accounts on my consumer report without my verbal or written consent as it is required by law. Furnishers of information ( the financial institutions ) as defined in 15 USC 6801 do not have my consent to report my non-public private information. Although the credit reporting agencies have assumed a vital role in assembling and evaluating consumer credit and other information on consumers there is a need to ensure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartially, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy as stated under 15 Usc 1681. The Privacy Act of 1974 prohibits the disclosure of records about an individual from a system of records absent the written consent of the individual. Pursuant to 15 USC 1681a ( 2 ) ( i ) Exclusions it states a consumer report does not include a report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report. So the reporting of my nonpublic personal information like my credit utilization is a clear violation of my federally protected consumer rights. Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual to whom the report relates. As it relates to 1681 ( b ) Permissible Purpose and 1681 ( c ) XXXX, XXXX and Transunion are all violating compliance procedures under this title. I reserve the right to disclose my nonpublic personal information to all non affiliated third parties. The reporting of the timing of payments and the credit utilization are not to be reported on my consumer report. My report should only contain one name and one address because I have one primary address all others are non mailable addresses. Im expecting that these demands be reflected on my consumer report immediately as permitted under 12 CFR 1016.7. It is my request that the furnishers of information provide documentary evidence of me giving them written consent to share my nonpublic private information with anyone in the form of a SSA-89 and or form SSA-3288.

Consumer Complaint: I filed a dispute for incorrect information on my credit report. I received an email from the credit bureau stating that they are assuming the disputes are coming from a 3rd party. They in fact did not come from a 3rd party. l even called them to verify it was me and they still refused to process my disputes. I wasted money on mailing my disputes out. I sent personal information to verify my identity through mail, just for them to not thoroughly investigate.

Consumer Complaint: I lodged a complaint with these Bureaus a month ago, but unfortunately, the inaccurate information on my report still remains. I haven't received any communication from the Bureaus, except for the notification that you sent stating that the company has responded to my complaint. How can I be certain that they have thoroughly checked the inaccuracies on my report? What methods did they employ to validate the accounts? This whole situation is incredibly frustrating! It's been more than 30 days since I filed a complaint with these Bureaus, and yet the disputed accounts have not been updated. If this continues, I will have no choice but to take legal action due to the immense stress this has caused me. Moreover, I am also concerned about the security of my personal data, as it was affected by the XXXX, XXXX, and Transunion data breach.
