Consumer Complaint: Beginning in XX/XX/2023, I requested a copy of my consumer report after being denied an extension of credit from an auto dealer. Upon reviewing my reports I found several inaccuracies throughout my report. I then submitted dispute letters to validate and correct the information. I received a response from the credit agencies that simply said the information was verified. However, in my dispute letters, I required that the reporting agencies provide me with the initial account documents that would have established the alleged debt as well as the procedure used and the parties involved in their investigation. None of that was provided. After the first, second, and third attempts to get this information that is required by law when requested, I sent another letter informing them of their willful negligence to comply with the law and my rights to privacy, accuracy, and fairness in the reporting and sharing of any of my personal information. However, my requests for them to comply with the law are still to date being ignored and I am still being willfully violated. I have included with this complaint, a copy of the letters and invoices I have provided to the agencies for violating the consumer protection laws that were created to protect my privacy rights and fairness in the reporting of my personal information. As a federally protected consumer, I have been financially and emotionally injured by these private agencies who are actively committing identity theft as I have not authorized in writing or otherwise the reporting of my non-public personal information or transaction history as it relates to the alleged debts and accounts disputed.

Consumer Complaint: I had a credit card with XXXX XXXX and was not using the card. The bank was still charging me yearly fee 's although they told me they would waive those fee 's. Upon seeing that I was late, in XX/XX/XXXX I called the bank and kindly explained that i was under the impression that I did not have any charges on that card. I paid the overdue balance and asked them to remove the late reporting. I requsted to cancel the card at that time and they sent me to an account speclist that asked me not to cancel, and further promised that they would remove the late reporting and will continue to waive my yearly fee 's. In XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX i saw that i was late again and went through the same issues, however they told me they would remove the late reporting. I saw that the may reporting was not removed either and had requested it be removed again due to the circumstances and promise that was made before. In XXXX of XXXX, i applied for a mortgage and i saw that it was still reporting late on my credit. I called again and the lady on the phone said that in 7-8 business days they will report correctly to the bureaus that I have no lates on those dates. I called back again in XX/XX/XXXX to confirm if they removed the lates and if they can send me a credit letter confirming i no longer have lates in XXXX or XXXX XXXX. They told me that they did not receive the request and that they are unable to remove those lates without investigation. I have reference numbers for the recorded calls. As a consumer, i have been promised by this company several times that they would remove the late reportings, and they have prevented my from closing my account until i really pushed. This late reporting is negatively affecting my credit and my cost to borrower money
