Consumer Complaint: Upon checking my most recent consumer report I found that these accounts ( XXXX XXXX, XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) have all been charged off, which makes them certificates of indebtedness, meaning they are now considered income and income is not permitted to be listed on a consumer credit report. These accounts ( XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) are listed as OPEN collections. These accounts are erroneous and inaccurate due to them being reported as open and I the consumer have instructed the companies to cease and desist All communications with me through any and all mediums, this includes my consumer report. The companies have also been trying to collect by extortionate means and these accounts must be deleted. see 18 U.S. Code 894- Collection of extensions of credit by extortionate means ( a ) Whoever knowingly participates in any way, or conspires to do so, in the use of any extortionate means ( 1 ) to collect or attempt to collect any extension of credit, or ( 2 ) to punish any person for the nonrepayment thereof, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both. The following accounts ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX ) contain transactions and experiences ( utilization and or late payment history ), which is to be excluded from a consumer report. This company also has no permissible. 15 USC 1681b - permissible purpose of consumer reports, THE LAW CLEARLY STATES : a. Subject to subsection ( c ) any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : ( 2 ) In accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. Furthermore, the FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT 15 USC 1681 ( 2 ) ( a ) ( i ) Exclusions from a consumer credit report clearly states : ( 2 ) EXCLUSIONS, -Except as provided in paragraph ( 3 ), the term " consumer report '' does not include A. Subject to section 1681s-3 of this title, any ( i ) report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report ; Utilization is an experience. CONGRESS clearly states that the reporting of transactions or experiences between the CONSUMER and the PERSON making the report is not included on the consumer reports!

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023, I mailed certified letters to Transunion requesting proof of debt that they are reporting about me. The letters requested that they provide proof of debt via documentation bearing my signature proving my debt. As of XX/XX/2023 more than XXXX days later Transunion still has not provided proof of debt with documentation bearing my signature. I am well with my rights in requesting this information according to the FCRA. ( Fair Credit Reporting Act )

Consumer Complaint: I reviewed my consumer reports and noticed that i had 1 late payments on an account that i was, never late for. The consumer reporting agencies have assumed a vital role and have a responsibility to report consumer information to the best of their ability with maximum accuracy. I have never been late on payments for the accounts that i have included screenshot inside this complaint in on dates ofXX/XX/XXXX Please investigate and provide proof with statements showing that these payments were late. If proof can't be provided I demand these payments be updated immediately to paid as agreed on time as they should be due to the fact i was never late within 3 business days.
