Consumer Complaint: Greetings and Blessings from the XXXX XXXX XXXX. Per the FCRA as a federally protected consumer and child of XXXX. I am formally opting out of all authorizations, I the consumer XXXX XXXX XXXX may have given XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, written, unwritten, verbal and nonverbal per 15 usc 6802. For Account : XXXX and for Account XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has consistently violated my federally protected rights. Despite numerous requests to cease their reporting to the CRAs ( Credit Reporting Agencies ) to which they have not provided documentary proof the CRAs are affiliated with the bank in any way to require my non-public information be sent to them without my authorization. Lack of authorization from me the consumer XXXX XXXX XXXX is a violation of my federally protected rights. According to their privacy policy it states as part of everyday business purposes as the consumer I can not limit sharing. If this is the case, why is 15 usc 6802 in place? The banks entire existence rests upon my signature and the authorizations that were given to them by use of my signature. Yet, under the hood XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX has reaped all the benefits of my good name and has not provided me remedy or equity in any transaction they've made using my good name and social security number.
