I have sent them letters on several dates. Transunion, XXXX, and XXXX have completely disobeyed FCRA. they have not removed any late payments or Identity theft from my credit reports. Consumer Complaint: I need to submit the complaint again under my name because Tranunion sent a letter asking my wife to get a notarized letter to them showing she is handling my affairs. We tried calling them. They put us on hold then transferred us 3 times. The first person said the account was " locked '' and he had no idea what the letter was about. This appears to be some sort of stall tactic by Transunion. The night we submitted the complaint we were having computer problems with CFPB 's site so we submitted the complaint under my wife 's account. Now that I have my own account I am resubmitting the complaint so Transunion can deal directly with me. It's impossible to speak with anyone there on the phone so I have to submit my complaint again. Litigation for fraud filed against XXXX approx 6 months ago. Around this time XXXX XXXX refused a phone payment stating account holder " is in litigation ''. Then XXXX XXXX stopped sending the customary paper statements that account holder received monthly using those to make payments. Account Holder could no longer access account online. Account hold has never signed up for auto pay or paperless billing with XXXX XXXX. Account Holder requested several times a copy of statement and asked for account status in past 6 months calling in to XXXX 's customer service line. XXXX never informed of any account status or balance and never sent statements. XXXX XXXX has reported account holder30, 60 and 90 days late to TransUnion and account holder believes XXXX XXXX and Transunion violated regulation F as well as FRCA because account holder has never received statements informing of these delinquencies nor ever gotten any verbal communication from XXXX XXXX in an attempt to collect a debt. This has caused much emotional distress and financial distress to the account holder. Transunion has been made aware of the situation and continues to report the delinquency.
