Consumer Complaint: This letter is a formal complaint that you are reporting inaccurate and incomplete credit information on my Credit Report. The account listed below should not show a late payment. I called multiple times to make my payment and was told I could not make my payment while my account was under review for an extension. After I was approved and made my payment, they reported it late and refuse to remove it when it was their system that would not allow me to make the payment early. XXXX XXXX has already been involved in a CFPB complaint in 2019 and was required to pay a penalty of {$200000.00} and {$34000.00} in restitution to all the consumers affected. This is clearly a pattern for XXXX to take advantage of consumers.
