Consumer Complaint: I am reaching out to challenge the presence of the bankruptcy entry on my credit report. The discrepancies between the filed and reported dates, along with the closing dates, are troubling. Adding to the concern is the fact that I have a court letter explicitly stating that this bankruptcy should not be reported to you. The involvement of an unauthorized third party further compounds the absurdity of this situation.

Consumer Complaint: The loan with XXXX XXXX entered into a covid-19 forbearance. At the end of the forbearance, the payments were made by the state of Texas to keep the account current and up-to-date. XXXX spent over 12 months denying my request to move from forbearance to repayment plans stating that the entire balance of the forbearance must be paid in full to make any payment whatsoever. All or nothing. In XX/XX/2023 the account entered into an agreement to begin repayments in the form of three trial payments to begin XXXX through XXXX, each payment was made on time and successfully completed as agreed, however on the final month of the payment plan, XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX in bad faith and in violation of the FCRA falsely reported the account as 120 days late. The account was fully listed as current, and went from " no data '' to " 120 days late ''. This massive hit on my credit has lowered my score over XXXX points, and means that I am unable to refinance, obtain better employment, it has jeopardized my XXXX XXXX XXXX, and it's based under a false pretense. All payments were made on time, as agreed, as dictacted by our contract, but XXXX through sheer malice and ill-intent falsely reported it as late to deny me my rights under the FCRA. Efforts to remedy this with XXXX have been met with extreme hostility and a denial of wrongdoing as well as a false representation of the payment history. The representation to the credit bureaus says that I made XXXX payments on time, while XXXX was pocketing my money. They received money, and while recieving it, reported negative blatantly lying information. This is criminal conduct that I attribute personal malice towards and should be met with reprimand by CFPB.
