Consumer Complaint: I am a victim of identity theft. I am writing to request that you delete the following fraudulent inaccurate information from my credit report. Consumer Complaint: I did not give TransUnion consent to furnish the enclosed Accounts, nor the related data associated with the Accounts, on my consumer report. According to the Consumer Credit Protection Act, 15 U.S Code 1681b - Permissible purposes of consumer reports, subsection ( a ), Subject to subsection ( c ), any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : ( 2 ) In accordance with the written instruction of the consumer to whom it relates. Since TransUnion furnished the enclosed Accounts, with their related data, on my consumer report without my consent, TransUnion has violated my privacy as a protected consumer. No consent is identity theft and misuse of my non-public personal information. Also, since subsection ( a ) of 15 USC 1681b is subject to subsection ( c ), Furnishing reports in connection with credit transactions that are not initiated by the consumer are limited to : ( C ) other information pertaining to a consumer that does not identify the relationship or experience of the consumer with respect to a particular creditor. The enclosed accounts furnished in my consumer report include relationships and experiences with different creditors and is a violation of the Consumer Protection Act. As a result of XXXX 's failure to comply with the Consumer Credit Protection Act, 15 USC 1681b, my unalienable right to pursue happiness has been hindered. I have been denied access to purchase an automobile, perform much needed repairs on our home, and set up infrastructure for a new business venture because of TransUnion 's willful non-compliance. As a consumer protected by the Consumer Protection Act, I demand for TransUnion to remove only the accounts enclosed in the attached document from my consumer report IMMEDIATELY!

Consumer Complaint: I am writing to bring to your attention the ongoing issue I have been experiencing with attempts to correct late open account with the associated losses from my records. I have made several attempts to rectify this matter, but unfortunately, the resolution process has been ineffective. The account in question was opened, and despite my best efforts to address the lateness and associated losses promptly, I have encountered multiple obstacles in achieving a satisfactory resolution. This situation has not only caused inconvenience but has also adversely impacted my financial standing. I would like to outline the chronology of my attempts to rectify the situation : Initial contact was made with your customer service department to report the late open account and request corrections. Follow-up communication was initiated to inquire about the status of the correction process. Despite previous assurances, no significant progress had been made, prompting further communication and a detailed explanation of the losses incurred due to the delays. Additional attempts were made to escalate the matter within your organization, seeking a more expedited resolution. Despite these efforts, the issue remains unresolved, and the associated losses continue to impact my financial stability. I believe in fair and transparent business practices, and I am hopeful that your company shares this commitment. I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and a comprehensive review of the circumstances surrounding the late open account and associated losses. I expect a timely and satisfactory resolution to be implemented to rectify the inaccuracies in my records. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I may have no choice but to escalate the complaint to relevant regulatory bodies and seek legal advice to protect my rights as a consumer.
