Consumer Complaint: I have been disputing fraud ITEMS on my credit report. The items are not showing in dispute nor are they removed from my report. The bureaus seem to ignore the trend and let these fraudulent items affect my credit score. I have requested the investigation to be initiated and also verifiable proof to be submitted should the items claim to be mine. I have had ENOUGH! HOW MUCH DOCUMENTATION does it take to get SOMEONE to REALLY DO SOMETHING?? LOOK at the attachments! THIS IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE! You asked for Documentation and I have given it. AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN! This is my last option before I take this up with my lawyers and sue for full compensation and damages incurred. Please delete the items immediate. Consumer Complaint: I have already sent a letter addressing the inaccuracies and unknown items on my credit report, but unfortunately, I have not received any response even after 30 days. It feels like I'm being taken advantage of and my disputes are being ignored. According to Section 611 ( a ), if these items are not investigated within 30 days, they should be promptly removed from my credit report. Since it has been over 30 days, I expect these accounts to be updated immediately. If not, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action due to the stress this situation has caused me. Additionally, my information was also affected by the XXXX, XXXX, and Transunion data breach, which raises concerns about the security of my personal data.

Consumer Complaint: I am reaching out to challenge the presence of the XXXX entry on my credit report. The discrepancies between the filed and reported dates, along with the closing dates, are troubling. Adding to the concern is the fact that I have a court letter explicitly stating that this XXXX should not be reported to you. The involvement of an unauthorized third party further compounds the absurdity of this situation.
