Consumer Complaint: I lodged a complaint against these Bureaus a month ago, but unfortunately, the inaccurate information on my report still remains. Surprisingly, I haven't received any response or correspondence from the Bureaus, and they have already closed my complaint. Could you please explain why they closed my complaint without resolving the issue? Have they even acknowledged or verified my dispute? I need assurance that they have thoroughly checked the inaccuracies on my report and validated the accounts. Can you provide details about the methods they used to verify my report? This situation is incredibly frustrating! It has been more than XXXX days since I filed the complaint, and I expected these accounts to be updated by now. If they are not updated immediately, I will have no other option but to take legal action due to the immense stress this has caused me. Moreover, I am also concerned about the security of my personal data, as it was affected by the XXXX, XXXX, and Transunion data breach.

Issue: Incorrect information on your report
Subissue: Public record information inaccurate
Consumer Complaint: In early 2024, I discovered an entry on my credit report indicating a debt related to child support services. Surprised by this entry, as I had not been informed of any outstanding issues or debts by the Child Support Services of California, I immediately reached out to them for clarification. On XX/XX/2024, I contacted the Child Support Services of California to inquire if they had released any of my personal information to third parties, particularly to credit reporting agencies. The response from the agency, received on XX/XX/scrub>XX/XX/2024, was that they had not authorized the release of my personal information to any external entities. This raised serious concerns regarding the source and authorization of the data reported on my credit report. Following this, I reviewed my credit report details and noted that the entry regarding the child support debt was reported in XX/XX/scrub>XX/XX/2024, without any prior notification to me by the Child Support Services or the credit reporting agency. No specific amounts were disclosed in the initial report, and no prior communication had been made by the Child Support Services regarding any debt or the potential for reporting such information to credit bureaus. I took immediate action by filing a dispute with the credit reporting agency regarding the unauthorized entry on my credit report. As of the date of this complaint, I have not received a satisfactory resolution or explanation from either the Child Support Services of California or the credit reporting agency regarding the origin of this debt report, the authorization behind its reporting, or any steps being taken to rectify the unauthorized disclosure and reporting of my personal information. This situation has not only caused me unwarranted stress but has also potentially impacted my credit score and financial standing based on information that appears to have been reported without proper authorization or legal basis.
