Consumer Complaint: I have contacted the 3 major credit reporting agencies about these very issues at hand. In accordance with the FCRA, the list of accounts below has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC 1681. The following accounts must be removed immediately : XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX 15 USC 1681 Section 602 ( a ), states I have the right to privacy, 15 USC 1681, Section 604 A2, farther states that a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written consent / instructions. 15 USC 1681c ( a ) ( 5 ) Section States, no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information, any other adverse item of information other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years. Lastly, 15 USC 1681 s-2 ( a ) ( 1 ) a person shall not furish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is in accurate. I'm demanding that the accounts above be removed and deleted immediately.

Consumer Complaint: I was looking at my report and I notice that there were some things that were not correct. I sent a letter to Transunion on XX/XX/year>. It has been more than 35 days since the credit bureaus haven't responded. This is a violation of 15 USC 1681i ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) Under 15 1681i ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) Subject to subsection ( f ) and except as provided in subsection ( g ), if the completeness or accuracy of any item of in formation contained in a consumer 's file at a consumer reporting agency is disputed by the consumer and the consumer notifies the agency directly, or indirectly through a reseller, of such a dispute, the agency shall, free of charge, conduct a reasonable reinvestigation to determine whether the disputed information is inaccurate and record the current status of the disputed information, or delete the item from the file in accordance with paragraph ( 5 ), before the end of the 30day period beginning on the date on which the agency receives the notice of the dispute from the consumer or reseller.

Consumer Complaint: A few years I was a victim of ID Theft, It was proven that my Identity was misused for fraudulent purposes and goods and services were obtained. I reported it the the authorities and launched an investigation and concluded that the accounts were not mine. I submitted documents to the credit reporting agencies several times. They were not willing to help me resolved the issues. I contacted the creditors on my own and they concluded that the accounts did not belong to me. But XXXX refused to help me. Instead they were ok with reporting erroneous information to my credit profile. I am asking again for the below listed accounts be deleted from my credit report.
