I have notified TransUnion of this matter and sent required statements, identification, and documentation for their Agency to remedy this issue. The allotted XXXX days they had to block and delete this information has surpassed. I received notice from CFPB that the company received necessary documents on XX/XX/year> it is now XX/XX/year> and I have not received equitable relief as the identified fraudulent items are still being reported against my person. Please assist me in following up on this issue by enforcing the consumer reporting agency to block and DELETE these items from my consumer report.
