Consumer Complaint: Please note that I am the author of this complaint and all attachments. I have attached a copy of my driver 's license and my social security card to verify my identity The credit bureaus have violated 15 USC 1681i and 15 USC 1681e. Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates. All I have been getting are frivolous, eOscar automated responses. No real investigation was conducted after my initial dispute. The furnishers are in violation of 15 USC 1681s-2b " ( B ) Reporting information after notice and confirmation of errors A person shall not furnish information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if ( i ) the person has been notified by the consumer, at the address specified by the person for such notices, that specific information is inaccurate ; and ( ii ) the information is, in fact, inaccurate. '' After my dispute of the accuracy of these accounts, the furnishers falsely verified the reporting to be accurate and complete instead of deleting the account from my credit report. This is will non-compliance and I now have a claim under the FCRA with civil liability under 15 US Code 1681n
