Consumer Complaint: I received a Target credit card invoice statement and l DID NOT apply for a Target credit card and l DID NOT charge anything! It was charged in XXXX, Indianna and l live in Tennessee. I called Target card services and my identity matched the charge. They are sending me a questionnaire to resolve the problem and are blocking the card. I used to work for XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX and they have terminals in that vicinity. Someone that works in the offices there must have fraudulently used my information because l havent worked for them in 2 years. According to the statement, the charge was made at XXXX in XXXX Indianna on XXXX XXXX. Target card services tol me to contact you so that you would be aware. Thank you.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/, I deposited a check in the sum of {$15000.00} into my business account, titled XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, at TD Bank , N.A . OnXX/XX/2023 the entire amount was made available to me. I transferred the funds into my brokerage account held at TD Ameritrade and made a short sell trade of XXXX securities. This trade added to a previously held position of the same security. On XX/XX/, TD Bank then placed a hold on the deposited check after making it available and after my transfer was made, thus reversing the transfer of funds. This was done with no notice at all. This reversal resulted in a Margin Call on my brokerage account due to the drop in equity. OnXX/XX/2023 the brokerage firm implemented a Margin Sell Off at a loss of {$2800.00}.

Under 15 U.S. Code 1666b a creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose, unless the creditor has adopted reasonable procedures designed to ensure that each periodic statement including the information required by section 1637 ( b ) of this title is mailed or delivered to the consumer not later than 21 days before the payment due date. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 I contacted TD Bank to inform then that my interest has not been calculated appropriately for the last couple of years. I have over the years visited branches to complain about the interest as compared to fed rates. Each time the give me a whole story about if I change to a different account I would get more interest. After changing to different products and even putting money into a CD deposit I am only seeing pennies on the dollar, compared to the amount of money I have held in the account and advertised on there websites. I have maintained various balances with the expectation of receiving appropriate interest. I am sure that they are doing this to scores of customers. When I contacted them I spoke to someone named XXXX who informed me that I would be contacted on Thursday by a branch manager named XXXX XXXX no last name given ) four ( 4 ) business days later I have yet to be contacted. Right before I hung up XXXX asked would I like to be transferred into yet a different savings account product. I told them that they first had to explain to me where my interest on my money is first.

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX I struggled to make payments on this TD account due to financial hardship the pandemic has caused. After speaking with rep. XXXX, I told him I will make arrangements on this account in XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I enrolled in the Re-Age program on this account in which I was required to make 3 monthly payments of {$180.00}. First payment of {$180.00} was made on XX/XX/XXXX. Second payment was due in XXXX as the XXXX payment was applied to the month of XX/XX/XXXX. I made the second payment of {$180.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. When I made the third and final payment of {$180.00} on XX/XX/XXXX, the payment was accepted then subsequently rejected for missed due date. During the time this account was enrolled in the Re-Age program I was never given a specific due date, I was told the agreement began on XX/XX/XXXX and I was to make 2 subsequent monthly payments of {$180.00} in which I did. I dispute this negative reporting on my credit report as I acted in good faith and made the 3 monthly payments. I agreed with this creditor to make the payments to bring this account current to avoid charge-off reporting and to bring this account current. I am requesting an investigation into this predatory practice and behavior that TD Bank Cash Signature Visa has displayed.

The check has already cleared. It cleared on XX/XX/2023 and target has not applied the payment to my account yet. I called them and I opened up a case telling them the check number and they closed my case and still have not posted the payment to my account. I called and spoke to a manager and asked if it was possible for them to run a report to find the check in their system and he said yes it was but for some reason that was not enough to resolve this issue and have the payment posted to my account..
