Consumer Complaint: To whom it may concern, I opened up a TD convenient checking online on XX/XX/2020. It told me the account was opened successfully and gave me the account number and routing number. However, it didn't allow me to set up online banking unless I call the customer service number. And to be able to access the account and fund I just transferred from the other bank, I call the customer service which they just asked me go to branch without further authenticate me by any effort. Then I come with the solution to close the account, they even told me to hand write a letter and get notarized and send to any locations for that request. Also, they can not confirm that the promotion online was applied to my account which made me more upset. Due to that is the current information showing online at the time I called them. And they denied that and declared there was no promotion at all. All those effort I made to open up an account online end up become a scam and can't close out the account at all beside writing a notarized letter. There are bias among different customer representatives, they don't know what are they talking about and they show no obligation and responsibility to do so. I highly recommend to investigate this bank if it comply all the bank 's rule and law. Again the bank 's name is TD BANK. Consumer Complaint: My complaint Is against Target who failed to Give me the opportunity to negotiate and or inform me that when I paid my charged off debt in full including interest would not be deleted from my credit report for 7 years. I am cleaning up my credit getting my life back together and Other creditors are deleting the charged off debt when paid in full. So why cant target? They are choosing not to. I am filing this complaint so Target May resolve this issue by doing the correct thing and deleting this charged off remark on my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: I settled a debt reported on Credit report with Nordstroms through their third party collector. I am in the process of a mortgage. I am know being denied a mortgage because Nordstroms and the credit agencies refuse to update the information. I have contracted Nordstroms, the credit agencies and opened disputes all have been closed. The charge off appears on my credit report lowering my score showing unpaid. The creditors refuse to update the file with correct information and are violating the FCRA and resulting in me and my children possibly not having a home to live in as our lease is set to expire. Your help is greatly appreciated. Payment cleared my financial institute on XX/XX/2020. XXXX and XXXX have both denied my disputes and refused to update my information.

Consumer Complaint: Hi, On XX/XX/XXXX I've send a secure message through TD Auto Finance asking if they can help place my account on deferment. On XX/XX/XXXX they replied with an offer to help due to COVID19 and place my account payments to the back end of the loan which was big help, but only to find out later from an alert from Experian my account was marked 30 days past due and dropped my score -32 point, my credit was fair at the time and now puts to poor causing my other grantors reviewing my credit now and closing my account. I've called TD and for them to say they we behind on processing the deferments and would correct the problem but the person on the phone had computer issues but did say they know of the issue and would take action to correct. I said I've call back which I did today only to fin out nothing was done and told to write a dispute letter to them and they would investigate. I told them I'm not writing a letter to dispute an issue they caused and should fix the problem without having people in the same situation as me having to mail a letter with everything going on with this pandemic. The person I spoke with by the name of XXXX sent a complaint to their internal but again this will only fall on deaf ears, after all I'm little guy and no cares whether this is corrected or not. I have others who have also done the same thing like XXXX XXXX, marked 30 days with a drop of another -32 points. At this point I won't get a job. This only adds to my stress and anxiety.

Consumer Complaint: Traded a vehicle that was financed thru TD Auto Finance on XX/XX/2020. The payoff check was received by TD Auto finance on XX/XX/XXXX. The payoff amount was overstated on the contract by {$10000.00} thus being an overage which TD Auto finance must pay back to either myself or the dealership. I was initially told by TD Auto finance that within 30 days I would receive the check for the overage. I waited and called after 30 days at which time I was told the check would be sent to the dealer where I traded my car and they would have to issue a check to me. TD Auto finance states that an internal request was sent to their accounts payable department on XX/XX/XXXX to issue the overage check back to the dealer. The dealer and I have attempted to get an update each day since XX/XX/XXXX and have been told that it is waiting to be processed. My most recent call was today XX/XX/XXXX. The dealer is willing to cut a check back to me based on TD Auto finance acknowledging that a check has been cut and will be sent but they were unwilling to make that claim. The vehicle has been paid off since the XXXX of XXXX and they have been holding onto my {$10000.00} since that time. At this point I am concerned that TD Auto finance may be facing financial hardship and I will never see my money. Consumers incur credit rating repercussions if payments are 30 days late and it would be appreciated if the lender held themselves to an equal standard.

Consumer Complaint: I paid for a vacation thru XXXXXXXX in XXXX. I made two payments of {$830.00} then XX/XX/XXXX i canceled due to covid 19 n me being pregnant. I was supposed to get the money back in my TD checking account by XX/XX/XXXX which i didnt. Plus two American airline flight credits for {$450.00} each. I contacted american airlines and the said my credits werent valid. I went on XXXX to see it says for refund contact your bank for your options which i did and disputed the charges, faxed them proof of purchase for vacation, proof of my cancellation, proof i was supposed to receive my refund by the XXXX, emails from XXXX XXXX that says these credits arent valid. TD Bank denied my dispute three times for a total of {$1600.00} and keep telling me to resolve this directly with XXXX. Its not possible the website is shutdown the phones are off the emails get sent back to me.

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX we made a purchase with Raymour and Flanigan for {$420.00}. We never received a paper bill in the mail and when we called to pay it they told us it was in collections. We also found that they assessed a {$15.00} late fee and {$9.00} interest. We mailed a check for {$430.00} and were told the late fee was reversed. We recently received an email from TD Bank ( the credit card company ) so we checked the account. We found that they never reversed the {$15.00} late fee, added more interest {$7.00} after the account was paid in full, another late fee, {$1.00} and more interest, {$1.00}. To this date and 3 billing cycles later, we still have never received a paper bill as required under the terms of service. We are not signed up for paperless billing. We spent 45 minutes on the phone with TD Bank on XX/XX/2020 and could not resolve the issue. They refused to address the problem and refused to honor their terms of service. We want this investigated and we want TD Bank to credit the remaining {$24.00} due to XXXX the balance on the account. This error is not caused by us. We paid the bill due and even the interest that was first assessed.

Therefore, you are to present to me with a certificate in testimony that the fraudulent accounts present in Exhibit C are in fact compliant and not subterfuge?
