Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX Called Target and spoke to representative for an hour on the phone disputing late payments reported on my account. He admitted their system had a glitch and he would reverse my late payments fees and he said he would update the correct info with all credit bureaus. He also updated my new address. He told me everything should be updated on my credit report by XX/XX/XXXX. The reference number for our call was # XXXX The inaccurate late payment dates were reported XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX The late fee payments were credited back to my account but the late payment history still shows on my credit report. They refuse to remove inaccuracies on my account. Ive called Target XXXX XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX XX/XX/XXXX and they refuse to resolve the issue.

Consumer Complaint: The company originally told me of a bill in XXXX. At this point I paid over the phone with my account information. I provided number by number my routing and checking account number. The agent over the phone processed the payment. 2 weeks later they call me saying it is incorrect. I gave them the information again. They charged me for it being late which I disagreed with since it was not my error. I said I would pay it. They called me for a third time saying there was a problem. I again supplied them with the information. The person on the other end was incorrectly writing the routing number down. They reported me late for 3 months for a problem that was not mine. I made attempts every single time to pay and they had a mistaken number. On XX/XX/2020 I found out that the credit reporting had been negatively effecting my credit for something I tried to pay numerously. The agent on the phone informed me that the 2 people before never fixed the routing number. These reported late payment and non payments or completely inaccurate and their fault for not correcting the information the 3 times I called. Ive never missed a payment my entire adult life and this mistake has costed my credit hundreds of points and it prohibiting me from closing on a house.

Consumer Complaint: My credit report shows ONE 30 day past due amount of {$79.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX I made a purchase at Nordstrom Rack in XXXX, FL. I requested, at checkout, to have my account set to auto pay and that the email address on file needed to be changed from XXXX to XXXX. The checkout agent documented my account number and had me write my name and the correct email address on a piece of paper. The change of email address and auto pay never applied to the account as requested so the account was not paid automatically and the statements and alerts did not go to the correct email address. Once I uncovered that the changes were not made as requested I immediately brought the account up to date on XX/XX/XXXX from an initial payment due date of XX/XX/XXXX and paid the account in full on XX/XX/XXXX. ( 37 days passed the due date ) I called Nordstrom card services and they said they sent a letter to my house. I explained to them that I have been in a hotel and not been home since XX/XX/XXXX, due to travel restrictions and my need to work in essential industry. I asked them why they didn't call, and they said that was not their responsibility. I asked them why the email address wasn't changed and they said the store can only change my rewards email address and not my statement email address. ( that was not explained to me in store ). They called me back a couple days later and said that this is not their fault and would not update the credit bureaus. I am distraught that they are not making considerations with the current pandemic going on. The CARES ACT allows for people to miss payments for inability to pay due to covid-19. I can pay and have since payed the account in full, I just didn't receive my mail because I'm not home due to covid-19 and am living in a hotel since XX/XX/XXXX. I have perfect credit and this is now the only late payment on my credit score.

Consumer Complaint: I opened the beyond checking with TDBank by their online promotion for a bonus reward. In 3 months, when the bonus supposed to be redeemed, TDBank looking for excuses to reject the bonus. It has been months I have talked to them. They first responded as I need to wait longer in terms some products is 140 days ( which was 90 in the case of their advertising ). Then they told me I am not qualified in terms the account was opened in branch. After I clearly responded that I was directed by their online rep to open in-store and the store manager inputed all the requests ( which according to the store manager was approved by the marketing dept ), they trying to confuse me by telling me that according to their system the only promotion fits in-store opener did not qualified in my case. In a word, TDBank is using all means to rejecting the bonus I should get and avoid talking about the fact that I was directed by their XXXX rep to open in-store after I submit my online application that reads " Please call our customer service to further assist you ''. ( Please ask for the records since when I called-in their system prompted with recording services with the number XXXX ). Now when I trying to reach them via secured message center, they simply responded not working during cov19 please visit in-store location. I have tried to solve the problem by calling, in-store visit back and forth since XXXX this year. It has not only been extremely frustrating but also monopoly and abusing. I am senior that trying to making a living with my limited retirement. I have worked in my youth and never expected a National wide banking system would be such disgraceful since I believe everything should have been straightforward and business should be based on honest. Please help me.

Consumer Complaint: I paid in full the amount of {$860.00} and it cleared my bank on XX/XX/2020. As of today it had yet to reflect on their end and apply it as such. I attempted to make a purchase at Target to no avail. I also called 3 times to target. First time 37 minutes, 2nd time 48 minutes, last call 21 minutes. During the 2nd time and 3rd time, they called my banking institution to confirm the payment had cleared. This was confirmed during the 2nd and 3rd time and my banking institution confirmed it. Due to this, I was unable to use the 5 % discount back by using their card, an additional 10 % and the {$10.00} gift card on their website was not applied. So where I would have saved about {$30.00} on my purchase, I saved {$0.00}. I awaited 4 additional hours to attempt to buy online. I awaiting 8 hours in total. The first time I was physically at their store. The thing is, that at this time, there aren't many options of to where to purchase and pick up on the spot or get delivery. This is the worst part WE HAVE NO OPTIONS OF WHERE TO BUY! WHERE TO PICK UP! GET A TIMELY DELIVERY! This is not acceptable.

Consumer Complaint: I was shocked when I reviewed my credit report and found late payment on my credit report. I am not sure how this happened, I believe that I had made my payments to you when I received my statements. My only thought is that my monthly statement did not get to me, or the payment was not applied as fast as expected. I checked my bank account and noticed that you deducted the money out of my checking account that on the month that you marked me late on my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: How dare my bank has a horrible way of processing disputes and fraud claims they clearly dont want to do their jobs and investigate and get me my money back today I received a letter from them they gave me a provisional credit they want to reverse the credit and close my claim saying they want me to contact the merchant unbelievable what type of bank is this that doesnt handle fraud seriously they dont care about my money shameful they make the customer do the work for them Im very upset with them they lie and says zero fraud liability but when you call to report it they file a dispute and then always reverse their credit and charge me the customer so I have to pay go fraud charged because they refuse to investigate
