Consumer Complaint: So I am getting extremely upset. TD Bank reported my balance incorrectly. It reports I still owe a blance when I do not. TD Bank used XXXX XXXX XXXX to help them collect debts. I settled my account with XXXX XXXX XXXX & they are still reporting inaccurate information. I am upset because I am in the process of trying to get a house & the incorrect reporting is prolongong the situation. I settled the account legally for aboiut {$1400.00}. They reflected the XXXX as a payment and is claiming I still owe. Radius presented me the settlement offer I did not call and ask for that amount. This is time sensitive and needs to be chnaged immediately

Consumer Complaint: Target Red Card is holding payments that I have sent to them and that have cleared my bank. Today is XX/XX/2020 and there are payments that cleared my checking account on XXXX and XXXX XXXX that are not reflected in my available balance. The only way they will release the funds is to do a conference call with my bank which is unfair to me as a customer. I have a {$250.00} credit balance but only less than {$70.00} available credit. They have done this at least 3 times and I've only had the card since XXXX. They should not be allowed to hold payments for such a long time after a payment posts. It is unacceptable to need to do a conference call with my bank to be able to use the funds that they're holding hostage.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2020 I added my TD bank checking account ending in XXXX to the payment method and made a payment of {$1000.00}. On XX/XX/2020 I received an email notice saying the payment was returned and I was charged a return payment fee of {$12.00}. I called immediately that night, I read the full account number to the agent to let him check if that is the number I input. He confirmed it. He can not explain why the payment was returned either. The agent on the phone helped make the payment again on his end. This time it was posted. In short, two payments were made with exactly the same checking account number. The first one was returned and charged {$12.00} by Target. The second went through. I have nothing wrong on my end since I input the correct account number and there is always enough balance on my checking account. The only reason for the returned payment I infer is a bug on Target website : It won't allow me to select " checking '' as the payment account type. On the " Step 1 of 4 : Select the account type '' page, the menu only show " savings '', I think the second line should show " checking '', but it is blank and it does not allow me to select that line. This bug still exists till now. The screenshot has been attached. The agent on the phone told me that though he can not change the account time shown in my online account, he can make the payment again on his end that he can select the account type as " checking '' instead of " saving ''. And that second payment of {$1000.00} was successfully posted on both Target and my TD checking account.

Consumer Complaint: I received a statement in the mail with my name and address from XXXX XXXX ( TD Card Retail Services ) which I did not apply for nor make any purchases on. The statement concerns me because both my name and address are correct. It shows two phones were purchased on XX/XX/20 for a total of {$1900.00} and then returned on XXXX/XXXX/20 and the balance was credited back to the account. The account currently shows no balance owed with a credit limit of {$2200.00}. I never applied for this account nor did I make any charges. As soon as I received the statement I called the number provided immediately ( XXXX ) XXXX and was on hold for 42 minutes before hanging up, this was on XXXX/XXXX/20 at XXXX. I called twice again the morning of XXXX/XXXX/20 the first time at XXXX and was on hold for 46 minutes before hanging up. I also have my savings and checking account through TD Bank and I called the regular TD Bank help line ( XXXX ) XXXX at XXXX, I spoke with a representative that could not help me but transferred me to the Retail Card Services division where I stayed on hold for 1hr and 2 minutes before finally hanging up. I made a last attempt this morning, XXXX/XXXX/20 at XXXX XXXX and gave up after 25 minutes. I never opened this account nor did I make any charges or returns on this account. The hold time I experienced and the service I have received from TD Bank Retail Service is horrible.
