In XX/XX/XXXX due to covid virus I requested forbearance agreement TD bank stated that they could not communicate with me on account of my Bankruptcy status they also stated that I would not have to make any payments for 60 days something about a cooling off period. between XXXX and XXXX of XXXX I contacted TD bank to find about my auto loan and was told that they could not communicate with me. I have tried to honor my obligations with this company, calling repeatedly to speak with an account manager to no avail. I have made all of my payments plus late fees the company accessed on my account. I have paid up until XX/XX/XXXX I make a payment of {$800.00} in XX/XX/XXXX and another payment in XXXX of XXXX of {$300.00} I owe one payment for XX/XX/XXXX Every monday this company calls my home at XXXX making threats.

Consumer Complaint: My pandemic check went into bank on XX/XX/2020 and I was in the hospital when I called to check my checking balance it was all there. I then went to withdraw money and my account balance says its XXXX. I called TD bank to try and sort out the matter and they said my account is locked and nothing they can do even though they are the ones who locked my account. Ive reached out to 3 different branches and all the same thing they cant do nothing to help. So now that Im out of the hospital my fianc just gave birth and my bal is XXXX and cant get anything I need for my newborn they pretty much told me not there problem. I did however call there 1-800 number and got somewhat of an answer the gentleman told me he can see the money trail as it was wired to my routing number and my account number and said I should have been able to acess it right away and Im just a little stuck here

Consumer Complaint: I applied for a no cash out refinance of my mortgage back in XXXX with TD bank. The loan was approved. There were a few understandable delays getting a XXXX and so on. Closing was set for XXXX, then XXXX, then nothing. Rate lock and commitment were extended a week at a time and each week the bank raised the fees to close by {$300.00} even though rates are stable or falling. No communication from the bank just weekly e-mails to sign a new commitment with more fees. TD cost me XXXX in upfront costs and delays and now wants to squeeze another XXXX dollars into their fees. While I was busy taking care of patients during COVID. TD made excuse after excuse and now wants more money to close. I'd be fine with the delay if they kept to their promise but adding insult to injury by trying to squeeze more fees in hoping I won't notice is wrong.

Consumer Complaint: I have been a victim of identity theft and have provided XXXX and XXXX with 2 separate police reports indicating credit card fraud and burglarized vehicle which my personal information ( social ) ( ID card ) was stolen and sold to person ( s ). In addition the second police report indicates a person scanning my information somehow and duplicated credit cards. I submitted the police reports from XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX in writing and also fax to XXXX and uploaded to the XXXX website. I also contacted the original creditor. My Nordstrom card I did open this account however there was over XXXX unauthorized charges and this account is reporting inaccurate and negative on my credit report. XXXX XXXX card I never opened and I also have sent them proof. I also disputed this last year in XXXX when I first found out of these accounts due to a person was caught with my ID and other IDs. I been dealing with identity theft since XXXX. Im asking for these accounts to be removed from my credit report. Nordstrom sent me statements to provide the the items that were theft however I sent a letter advised them to remove the item due to the inaccuracies reporting of this account that is hurting my credit profile.
