Consumer Complaint: I paid of the auto loan with TD Auto on XX/XX/12. XXXXD Auto 's own written policy on their website states that they will release the title and lien within 10 calendar days. I have called and e-mailed numerous times and they will not allow men to speak with anyone that can get the lien released. They participate with the State of Virginia 's Electronic Lien release program. The State of Virginia code 46.2-643 also requires them to provide a certificate of title within 10 days. TD Auto has refused to do anything at this point but make excuses.

Consumer Complaint: The item on my credit report, TD Bank XXXX/TARGETCREDIT, which is a revolving credit account that has been closed, is inaccurate because the current balance of {$300.00} should now be updated to {$0.00} balance, due to a settlement agreement ( please see attached copy of settlement agreement and terms ) which I have complied with all stated requirements in agreement. The settlement agreement states that I am to pay {$250.00} on or before XX/XX/2020, to collection agency XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX who represents TD Bank XXXX/TARGETCREDIT for the debt owed. Additionally, I was to sign and return original settlement agreement to collection agency XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I made payment for {$250.00} on XX/XX/2020, ( please see attached proof of payment with date ) and have signed and returned original settlement agreement to address listed on paid postage envelope provided by collection agency XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that represents TD Bank XXXXTARGETCREDIT ( please see attached settlement agreement copy that I have provided for record ). I have been unsuccessful with disputing and having the balance updated to reflect {$0.00} with all three credit bureaus ; XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. I have also reached out to Target over several months and they still have not corrected what has been reported to credit bureaus. They show my payment I made but have not complied with the settlement agreement with collection agency representing them. I have included the settlement agreement and letters sent to credit bureaus, this after several attempts to dispute remaining balance on my credit reports and reaching out to Target over several months.

Consumer Complaint: I was approved for a forbearance on my home equity line in XXXX. Since I paid my XXXX payment I asked them to start in XXXX. According to the papers sent they said it would not be reported to the credit bureaus as late, it will be reported as current. Upon checking my credit they did report as late and my score went down 100 points. I have written to TD many times and i get no response. This is very disturbing for I am XXXX year old and always had excellent credit. Now with this report I will not be able to buy a car in the future ( I am driving a 6 year old car now ) nor get another mortgage and many other things. I was so upset about this I brought the account up to date in XXXX but I need TD to correct the credit report. I am including the approval letter which indicates that it will be reported as current also including a letter I sent to XXXX where I was able to get a free copy of my report

I ALSO CALLED TWO BANK EMPLOYEES AT TWO DIFFERENT BRANCHES. I ALSO CALLED THE CURRENT XXXX XXXX MANAGER THAT OVERSEAS THE BRANCHES. I HAVE RECORDED CALLS, DATES. THAT BEHAVIOR WILL CLEARLY SHOW HOW POORLY THIS BANK IS RUN, THE SABOTAGE TO TRY AND RUIN MY VERY GOOD CREDIT. I HAVE EXTENSIVE CREDIT AND DO NOT HAVE ONE ISSUE WITH ALL CREDIT LINES WHICH ARE FAR MORE THAN THESE CREDIT LINES. THIS IS NO FAULT BUT THE SHEER SPITE WORK OF TD BANK. I HAVE ASKED FOR THIS FOR FROM DAY ONE. HOW MUCH IS MY DAILY INTEREST, MY MONTHLY INTEREST. I WANTED THIS MONTHLY. I REQUESTED THESE STATEMENTS BE MAILED TO THE PO BOX THAT THE ATTORNEY SET UP. Due to the Corona Virus Pandemic, we are all facing which has me sitting still at home and I saw the recent news about the multiple XXXX Data breaches. I decided to look at my credit reports from the 3 major credit bureaus and found that someone had used my Identity. I have no idea how the theft took place. I also have no knowledge of any suspects. I did not receive any money, goods, or services as a result of identity theft. I contacted the Credit Bureau and told me to file an Identity Theft Report which I am doing. Consumer Complaint: Td bank offered me the debit card advance. I enrolled days ago and it took till yesterday. The bank told me keep trying every day that it's the computer that will issue the funds. So I tryed it yesterday. They said it was only one transaction that it would allow! I took out XXXX. Then I tried it again it let me do it 3 more times. I had major XXXX 3 weeks ago and it left me in a hard financial times. Now I'm negative in my account! I'm XXXX so every XXXX helps! And they were supposed to take it out of my account when I get my direct deposit next week. I don't know what to do now?

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2020 my stimulus check of {$1700.00} was deposited into my closed TD bank account. Ive reached out to TD bank on XX/XX/2020to verify that my account was closed and to see if they sent the {$1700.00} back to the irs they said the money was sent back but could not give me a date. On XX/XX/2020 the irs ran a trace on the money and it shows that td bank still has the money. I reached out to td bank again on XX/XX/20and spoke to the manager at the XXXX CT location who said he reached out to the ACH department and they told him the money was sent back. I called td bank again onXX/XX/20 to find out why the irs has yet to get the money back I asked them when was the money sent back they could not give me a date as to when the money was returned to the irs.
