Consumer Complaint: Fraudulent charges were posted to my credit card account which were disputed and a complaint submitted with CFPB ( See Complaint ID # XXXX ). Case was found in my favor as credit card holder. TD Card Services issued credit for the fraudulent charges on XX/XX/2020. TD Card Services failed to issue credit for any of the interest charges accrued during the 8+ months it took to resolve the situation. Therefore another complaint was submitted to CFPB ( see complaint ID # XXXX ). Again case was found in my favor as credit card holder. TD Card Service credit interest charges up to XX/XX/2020 on XX/XX/2020 but not all interest charges. However since TD Card Services took until XXXX to provide credit/refund of interest charges interest fees were charged by TD Card Services on account statements dated XX/XX/2020 in the amount of {$44.00} and statement XX/XX/2020 in the amount of {$42.00} totaling = {$87.00}. We pay our credit card account off every month and did not carry over a balance any month in 2020 with the exception of the fraudulent charges and any finance charges, which I refuse to pay. Therefore we are seeking a credit/refund of all interest charges incurred during 2020 to date including the 2 mentioned above and any subsequent interest charges until matter is completely satisfied. We are demanding TD Card Services follow it's obligations set forth in the " Credit Card Agreement '' and the " Visa Zero Liability '' arrangement.

Consumer Complaint: I have an account with TD bank. There is no funds available in my account. Yet TD Bank keep charging my account and charging me fees for them charging my account to pay bills. I told them I did not authorize the payments so the charges are fraudulent. They refuse to remove the charges and now are asking me to pay XXXX dollars in fees. I asked the bank to close my account and they refuse. Now they are harassing me and calling me everyday at least 6 times a day and leaving voicemails.

Consumer Complaint: Federal Regulation D limits electronic withdrawals/transfers from your savings account to 6 transactions per month. Due to COVID-19, the Federal Reserve Board temporarily suspended Regulation D on XX/XX/2020, so that people can bank electronically verses going to the bank. TD Bank is charging their customers {$9.00} per transaction if you go over the 6 electronic limit even though the government temporarily waived Reg D. We are in the middle of a pandemic! Their conduct is deplorable!

When my credit is good it has not changed I dont agree with this letter and saying the reasons Ive never been delinquent and that is one of the reasons ans saying I use my card for cash advance I used it only once and I always pay them back I called customer service to complain they do nothing they dont care they should reinstate my limit to the way it was instead of telling me to request a limit increase this is ridiculous why bother when they will decline me this is not fair how they treat a good customer

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX after checking my XXXX XXXX report I discovered a credit card account that was not opened by me with a balance of {$4100.00} on it. After realizing this, I proceeded to call the number of the creditors listed on the XXXX XXXX XXXX. After explaining my situation they proceeded to freeze and start an investigation and that it could take from XXXX to 90 days. On XXXX I received a letter from TD Bank informing me that due to a lack of evidence to substantiate my fraud claim, it had been denied. The letter also included merchant sales and delivery confirmations copies. After receiving that letter, I proceeded to call the number at the bottom of the TD Bank letter in order to ask more questions about the issue. However, every single one of my calls got directly sent to voice mail. After many failed attempts on making contact, on XXXX, I was instructed to visit the legal office on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. After speaking with the Legal Officer, I was given a package with instructions on the necessary steps to take to move forward with my claim.

Consumer Complaint: I filed for Cares Act mortgage forebearance with TD on SXX/XX/XXXX. I called it in because TD does not allow you to submit any other way. I paid my XXXX payment becasue they told me I may not be approved by XX/XX/XXXX and they would return the money if I ended up getting approved for XXXX. I've been waiting and waiting and waiting for my letter and finally called back and they said the phone rep forget to send it over to the forebearance department and they would send it over again. I should pay XXXX and they will return the XXXX and XXXX payments when I am approved. I don't believe them. And because they do not follow up with a message or email or letter when you apply, you have to hope they are putting it through correctly. I would like to confirm that this time they are processing my request, and they will return XXXX and XXXX payments to me. I do not have escrow with them, just interest and principal. I would also like to suggest they should be required to follow-up in writing acknowledging when they receive a request for mortgage forebearance.
