TD Bank illegally charged me a fee of the amount of {$35.00} because I did not have the funds, without taking into consideration that my accounts are linked. In addition, they should take into consideration that we are in a state of emergency due to the pandemic and my hours from work have been cut as well. Please, I want my money back.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/20 made a purchase of foodstuff at XXXX XXXX of XXXX and the goods were old and inedible. Merchant refused to exchange or make good, called the credit card, and was met with a refusal, as the charge was temporary, however they said they will follow up. Have tried several times contacting credit card to dispute charges, after being on hold for the " Dispute Dept '' calls get disconnected ... ..kind of a conspiracy. Disputing {$79.00} which came on statement at end of XX/XX/XXXX. Another issue is the reward program. According their schedule is basic rewards for all charges, double rewards for supermarkets and similar, and triple rewards for any dining facilities. In the past year they have failed miserably to post properly, their internal investigation is not existent, although they may say, that they will investigate and send a XXXX sheet, its a big bluff.

Consumer Complaint: Many years ago I had a cook two cards with XXXX XXXX and one with Target and each of those cards I was able to negotiate a pay for a deletion where I paid the account in full and they promised me that they were going to delete those accounts from my credit report and both of those companies have since reneged on the deal and they tricked me and manipulated me into paying these balances that I did not believe were mine in the first place in order to remove them from my credit report which are they went and they sent me a letter saying that it you know it was going to be deleted and I since have sent them this letter and I have not been able to remove these accounts from my credit reports are they have in my opinion in a committed negligence fraud and I would like to take legal action and sue them for all the violations that they made in these instances and him as I told them when I have calls are at least 10 times I have tried to dispute both of these are items so all three of these items are over 10 times with the bureaus and Ive been unsuccessful in each attempt and I have provided documentation to prove my case and these are for accounts that are paid in full and like I said they promised to delete them so they have reneged on their word and now they are costing me thousands and thousands in as they ruin my credit and I want them deleted immediately if they are not deleted in 30 days from this complaint I am going to pursue legal arbitration and Im going to take this up with the courts because Im done with this this is my last attempt to get a delete it if they dont delete it Im taking legal action 1000 % so thats it

Consumer Complaint: I originally purchased ( XX/XX/20 ) a XXXX XXXX XXXX with my XXXX credit card through TD Bank. The sale price of that phone was reduced with a trade-in of my current phone. The phone that I traded in was XXXX. The amount agreed upon for trade value was {$500.00}. The amount that XXXXTD Bank gave me was {$290.00}. I then started to experience problems with the new phone ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I then returned the XXXX XXXX XXXX for a full refund within the 30 day waiting period. The refund that I received for the return did not include the full value of the purchase plus return. I then ordered XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXX ( XX/XX/20 ) and was charged double for that phone. I have spent over 12 hours in total on the phone with XXXX support and TD Bank trying to resolve this matter. At this point I am still being charged double for my phone and have not received the credit for my {$500.00} trade-in XXXX phone. I also received an email that my trade value was accepted on XX/XX/20.

On XX/XX/2021, I attempted to log on to my account, but it appeared that my account had been closed without my permission. I contacted my local bank branch ( TD Bank located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, MD XXXX ), and the customer service number that came up on on the bank account ( XXXX ) and the number that appeared on the letter ( XXXX ). No one could help me access my money, so I have no idea where my money is, or how I will be able to access it. I have bills to pay for my XXXX XXXX, and can not access my bank account to pay them. It is completely unacceptable for a bank, in which I trusted my money, to withhold money that is rightfully mine. I complied with the letter that was sent and replied before the date they indicated in their letter. TD Bank should not be able to deprive its customers of their money.
