Consumer Complaint: I signed up for a bank account at TD Bank and was supposed to get a bonus for having money deposited for a certain amount of time. I deposited that money via check in person at the branch before the deadline and kept my money in the account for the right amount of time. Per the terms of the agreement, the deadline for having my bonus paid has passed by two weeks. The bank told me that they will not honor the agreement because they delayed in crediting the deposit.

Consumer Complaint: This compliant is still on going. I resubmitted my modification application on XX/XX/XXXX and we are still stuck on the same issues. I did provide proof of income with my application to support the last three months of unemployment. TD Bank is requiring that I provide a " Current Benefits Statement '' from my State unemployment office. I have called the State numerous times since last year, and no one that I speak to knows what a " Current Benefits Statement '' is or how to produce one. I did submit three months of my benefits from the unemployment website. I can submit a XXXX for XXXX and have offered that as an option to support my income. If TD Bank believes that a " Current Benefits Statement '' exists, then I am guessing they have seen many this year and I've been talking to the wrong people. They should provide me with a blank copy that I can share with the State so I can move this along please. Also every government form has a form id or number which also should be made available to me by TD Bank. On XX/XX/XXXX, I emailed XXXX XXXX who introduced herself as someone that was going to help me with this issue. It has been over a week and she has not responded to my email or called me. I am requesting that I be provided with a contact that is a loan officer who can speak directly to the loan application process. This is how banks like TD Bank used to operate. I also want to know if either of my mortgage or HELOC are located in TD Recovery, and if so, why? I have never missed a payment. Lastly, I need a weblink that show the current mortgage and HELOC rates for both of my loan types please.

Consumer Complaint: I closed my checking account with TD bank in XX/XX/XXXX with a XXXX balance, and no outstanding balance. I received a charge off notice from TD bank in XXXX, XXXX for the amount of {$49.00}. When I called the recovery department, they stated the amount was due to maintenance fees for the account for the past couple mod months and refused to waive this erroneous fee. I called the local branch on XXXX XXXX. In XXXX, MA and spoke with XXXX and she said she would waive it, however when I called collections back several months later, the outstanding balance was not waived. When trying to get to the bottom of this issue, I was treated very poorly by the collections staff and even was hung up on by their staff. Per TD bank, all of these calls were recorded by them, so please take a listen for yourself how the staff interacted with my requests for help. I find this fraudulent fee-charging and abusive treatment by TD bank to be reprehensible. Please help, I really would rather devote my limited time to taking care of patients in the hospital during these times, not being mistreated by bank staff.

I contacted Nordstrom XX/XX/XXXX 2021they said it also showed a {$0.00} balance on there account but yet they reported today that the information was correct. I am closing on my home and I need this account updated immediately because this information is inaccurately showing on my credit report.
