Consumer Complaint: I received my statement from TD saying I owed them XXXX via email, I found it weird I owed them that much. Unfortunately, I was unable to see the entire statement. Me always trying to be a good person with my bills I paid the entire bill in fact I had overpaid in the amount of {$540.00}. When I received my statement in the mail, I realized that they had charged me for the transaction to XXXX that was originally declined and flagged as fraud, in which I had already called them and told them that I was trying to pay for tickets, and it was declined so I had to use my XXXX XXXX credit card. The lady I spoke to told me not to worry since it was declined, I was not charged, in fact, that was not true I was charged, and I called back and on XX/XX/XXXX and started a dispute. Overall, these weeks, I have spoken with XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX twice, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. They continue to say they have not received the documentation they need. Yet I have proof they were faxed twice and finally, I sent it to them with signature confirmation which an XXXX XXXX signed for it on XX/XX/XXXX. They continue to say it is not in their system. They have railroaded me for over 2 months now and they owe me {$500.00}. I had to go to my bank to fight them and even they are waiting for them to respond. There is never a supervisor available with them. At this point I want everyone to know about this. I am attaching a 30-page document showing proof of the overpayment the fact I used another card and proof they have received the documents they requested three times.

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX, I asked for a credit report and I realized that I had an account that did not belong to me in the credit report. This account is from Nordstrom for the amount of {$730.00} dollars that someone fraudulently used and stole my identity, according to the credit report it was opened in XX/XX/XXXX. From that moment I tried several times to make a dispute through all the companies of I have credit to have my accounts deleted and the companies XXXX and XXXX solved my problem and deleted them. I tried three times by XXXX making disputes through their website and they denied it. I made a certified written letter on XX/XX/XXXX, asking them to solve the problem and today, XX/XX/XXXX, they told me that the company said that it was not going to delete my account and that they could not do anything. Make a complaint on the website www.ftc.com and send the complaint for identity theft and fraud to the XXXX website to have the problem resolved. I have been trying since XX/XX/XXXX to have that account deleted that someone used and stole my identity to open it and use the card in my name to make purchases and left a balance of {$730.00} dollars that I never used. I have tried a XXXX ways to solve the problem and both Nordstrom and XXXX, which is the only one that has refused to delete this account, since the other two companies XXXX and XXXX deleted it and XXXX doesn't helped me and I asked that they provide information and evidence that account was mine and they just said they weren't going to delete it.

Then a few days ago I got a checkbook in the mail from a bank I did not open a bank account with. Somehow someone has my personal information and opened a bank account in my name. Consumer Complaint: I deposited {$5000.00} cash @ TD Bank ATM, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX MA XXXX, on XXXX XXXX ATM took the money but did not give me the receipt or the credit to my Account. I call the customer service number and waited one hour, but no one picked up the phone. At the time of deposit, the ATM did not function for about 1/2 hours, and someone came in to fix the ATM. I also spoke to that person and advised cash is there, and I will get credit on Monday when the store rep balances the ATM. I went to the branch on Monday, and the representative suggested filling out the dispute form, I also called the branch and call center the same day and advised the process being followed, and there is no one can do anything. It is truly frustrating and disappointing to know that a customer lost {$5000.00}, and finding takes seven days. This should have been straightforward research if one took ownership of the issue, cared about customer money, and tried to find out what happened instead of pushing the work to the process. Please review/research or do something and immediately provide the credit to my Account!!!

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/1921 I had a charge to my acc for XXXX I called td bank to dispute the charge on my debit card ... I received a provisional credit which was later reversed ... I called them back to request what documentation they had to make their decision which never came ... I called them twice and both times I havnt received any info from them ... XXXX XXXX XXXX I spoke w/superviser who wouldn't give me his complete name only ( XXXXXXXX ) who said I could go to a td branch to obtain the info.. but at the bank, they said to call this #. I had originallydone a survey on line, + was offered a free gift but told to give name address + card info for only shipping fees. I received a set of ear buds which quality was very poor. I later was billed {$100.00} so I called the ph # listed on my bill.. the girl said that there was a free trial per and if not returned, I was billed.. she readjusted the charge to {$20.00} + shipping and I told her not to send anything else as I saw 3 shipping fees ... she explained their wasn't anything else coming from her Co. I kept getting charged w/various amounts which I tried disputing, but kept getting reversal on my credits ... it has cost me XXXX + I have no idea what the supposed items were. I tried calling the ph # 's they had Givin to me, but all of them were disconnected # 's and I had no recource to contact anyone. I canceled my card + received a new number, but still was charged. The name of co was ( XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX ) I have no idea what it was supposed to be and asked for documentation of there findings to find that there was no fraud w/their decision.. but after 2 times they told me they sent out.. I never received anything.
