Consumer Complaint: Don't trust TD Bank. I will keep this concise. I applied for the forbearance program at the start of the pandemic seeing as I had a new job and I didn't know how the company would handle the transition. I never used it. I kept up with all my payments. Sitting at 5 % I apply to another bank for a lower rate. Once they were ready they were not able to buy the mortgage because of my forbearance status. I call TD Bank around late XXXX/XXXX. And they remove me from the program. Reporting it will take 30 days to have it report properly on my credit. For 3 to 4 months the other bank was unable to buy the mortgage because TD bank did not update my reporting with the credit bearau properly. They even mailed me an apology letter stating that " Sorry we messed up on your credit ''. This cost me a XXXX dollar appraisal fee because it only lasts 3 months and now I need to pay for another and there is the difference of XXXX dollar monthly payments so I am out XXXX of dollars. During this time something happened where my dad was forced to retire and we needed to wait months for a new mortgage with his retirement funds. So I am sitting here paying thousands in Interest on a mortgage I was unable to have at another institution because TD miss reported my credit. I've been trying to solve this for a year and no one calls me back despite them ADMITTING they messed up and they will resend the policy letter. They entrapped me to a mortgage and made me unable to transition to another bank locking me in higher payments.

I sent my police report and my FTC affidavit that i received from the Federal Trade Commission. They keep verifying this fraudulent account and are not reporting to my dispute. I have never had any goods or services with them they are knowingly and willingly reporting this fraud. They have caused me great damage and embarrassment also with emotional distress. They dont respond to my disputes and keep verifying this fraud to the credit bureaus.

I am a victim of identity- theft, I am writing to request that you block all accounts disputed as fraudulent on my credit reports with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX. This information does not relate to any transactions I have made. I did not give anyone authorization or consent to use my personal information. Therefore, my position is being clearly stated, these accounts do not belong to me, meaning that you are reporting inaccurate account information within my credit file. The fact that these are inaccurate account information means that you, this credit-reporting agency, are reporting incorrect accounts. 1. TARGET/TD bal. {$640.00} I am well aware of my rights as a consumer. The Fair Credit Reporting Act requires that you, the credit-reporting agency report accurate and/or correct account information within my credit file. Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX, phone number is XXXX, email XXXX. I am reaching out regarding my auto loan with TD Auto Finance. Back in XX/XX/2021 I made 2 payments to my auto loan, one for the month on XXXX which was late with total of {$520.00} & then one for the month of XXXX on time with total of {$500.00}. Somehow my bank account was charged twice for the XXXX payment of {$520.00} so they refunded me for the one of the charges. However there was some sort of hole or mishap between my bank and the finance company as it caused my account to be shown as not current showing that I made no payment for one of the months. When they contacted me I sent in documents of my bank account showing proof of my payments 3 times and Ive been going back and forth with my finance company for 3 months now. I then got sick with XXXX and was unable to make my payment for the month of XXXX & when i contacted them to get assistance or extension they were very rude and not helpful considering my account is showing as behind already, and they told me to either refinance or they will repossess my vehicle.. So now my account is showing as behind 3 months. I am in a very financial hardship and just need help with either doing a payment plan with them or getting assistance with me loan. I can not afford to pay the full amount due right now and I am still working on paying my other bills as well. I have no way of figuring this out. I tried ro refinance my vehicle but a down payment of {$2300.00} was required due to the negative equity on the vehicle. I am hoping you guys can help me with this please!! Thank you.
