Consumer Complaint: Card opened in XX/XX/XXXX. I haven't ever received a statement from them to this day, and didn't receive my card until Months later. Didn't have online access because I didn't receive a statement/billing/card info. They stated I have a late payment marked for XX/XX/XXXX. I am not receiving statements, no online access, no communication AT ALL. They removed multiple late fees due to this internal error previously so if they can admit it was an error qnd remove the fee, why won't they remove the remark to the credit bureaus. As soon as they called me stating I was being sent to collections for a late payment I had no idea of, I paid the balance. I have received NO communication from them for late payments, no statements, calls nothing so I didn't know when my payment was due or what my balance was. I have asked for this to be removed from my credit report multiple times due to an internal issue on their end and even filed with my credit bureaus and provided all information from my account with them as well as screenshots from the online system I finally got access to end of XXXX XXXX from a helpful representative that finally wanted to assist. Today I spoke with a manager and they said they will not do anything at this time and to " wait for the letter '' ( that I'll never receive ) from the last dispute for removal even though I can clearly prove I'm not getting mail and have no access to see what they wrote. This has been going on since the day they called me in XXXX stating I was late. This is the only late mark on my credit report as I don't pay bills late and always try to pay early but without statements and access to what I owe and when it's due, How can a company expect someone to pay them appropriately. In the screenshot you can see all payments to prior to XX/XX/XXXX were made by phone and are on different dates because I didn't know when my bill was due nor did I have online access to see statements.

Consumer Complaint: I have opened savings account online while there was a promotion to get {$200.00} for opening savings account and deposit at least {$20000.00} funds outside TD Bank into savings account and keep it for certain time. I have met all requirements for the promo to receive a bonus, but instead never got it and asked multiple time for it. TD Bank also charge a monthly fee for savings account, but it was disputed by me and fee was reversed as an error. All this time account never was under {$20000.00} except when TD Bank charge a fee that was reversed in few days and that was not my fault.

Consumer Complaint: 1 ) Purchased 2 items online from Nordstrom on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX Order # XXXX 2 ) Never received items and actually forgot I had made the purchase. 3 ) Received a call from Nordstrom on XX/XX/XXXX reminding me to make a payment on my credit card before I incurred a late fee. I could not remember making a purchase and told them I would research and call them back. 4 ) I researched the purchase and found some emails about the purchase in my SPAM folder. I went online and tracked the package on the XXXX website and found the following : Your shipment XXXX Delivered On Saturday, XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX at Front Door 5 ) Called Nordstrom Card Services and told them I never rec 'd the package. They told me I would have to speak with XXXX as they could not assist me. 6 ) I chatted with XXXX and basically was told I waited to long to report the missing items, which I didn't realize were missing until XX/XX/, and I would have to file a police report and try to get my insurance to reimburse me. 7 ) I filed a dispute with XXXX on XX/XX/. 8 ) I received another call from Nordstrom Card Services on XX/XX/XXXX and explained the situation and was told they would do some additional research and see if they could help because I should not have to pay for something I did not receive. 9 ) Nordstrom responded on XX/XX/ and stated their reporting was correct. 10 ) I filed a claim with XXXX but have not heard from them. 11 ) Nordstrom flagged my account as 30 days past due on XX/XX/ and my credit score dropped 93 points!

Consumer Complaint: There was a charge from XXXX on my XXXX financing account for an item we did not purchase. I started a dispute with the financing company and the amount was removed from my statement. When my next statement populated, the charge has reappeared even though the dispute is still open. The disputed charge is the only charge left on the account. I called the company today and was told I am required to make payments on that amount even though it is actively being disputed. I said I feel that is against FTC rules and was told that is not what the rules are for the financing company.

Consumer Complaint: Attentively review my formal writ composed declaration of not proven complaint misinformation that is all or in part : deficient of the adequate current status in the fullness of TRUTH, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, documented OWNERSHIP, certifiable RESPONSIBILITY, or otherwise irrefutable, complaint obligatory, and regulatory requisite reporting thereby mandating your immediate actions to rectify and remedy and any infractions behavior ( s ) by retaining or returning to demonstrate TRUE, CORRECT, COMPLETE, and COMPLAINT METRO 2 data field formatted reporting!!! I am a victim of identity- theft, I am writing to request that you block all accounts disputed as fraudulent on my credit reports with Transunion , Equifax , and Experian. This information does not relate to any transactions I have made. I did not give anyone authorization or consent to use my personal information. I hereby exercise my legal rights enacted by Congress and The Federal Trade Commission, which explicitly states when a victim of identity-theft dispute a fraudulent account on his/her credit report it shall be honored by all credit bureaus and all fraudulent information should be blocked within 4 days and proper notification shall be given to all data furnishers pursuant to section XXXX of The XXXX Fair Credit Reporting Act. Failure to comply shall lead to complaints being filed with The Better Business Bureau, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and Attorney General stating your companys unlawful collection practices, misrepresentation of creditworthiness, defamation of character, and noncompliance to abide by laws enacted by XXXX to protect victims of identity-theft who's credit been impacted by acts of fraud. Because I know my rights under THE FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT, CONSUMER CREDIT PROTECTION ACT ( CCPA ), and FAIR and ACCURATE CREDIT TRANSACTION ACT of 2003 ( FACTA ). I will be taking action. I also know my rights under this paragraph of Section XXXX of the XXXX XXXX : XXXX. Procedures to enhance the accuracy and integrity of information furnished to consumer reporting agencies. Policy states. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act FCRA XXXX ( XXXX U.S.C XXXX ), Procedure In Case of Disputed Accuracy. ( a ) Reinvestigation ( XXXX ) Reinvestigation ( a ) In general. Subject to Subsection ( f ), if the completeness or accuracy of any item of information contained in a consumers file at a consumer agency is disputed by the consumer and the consumer notifies the agency directly, or indirectly through a reseller, of such dispute, free of charge, conduct a reasonable reinvestigation to determine whether the disputed information is inaccurate and record the current status of the disputed information, or delete the item from the file in accordance with paragraph ( XXXX ), before the end of the XXXX period beginning on the date on which the agency receives the notice of the dispute from the consumer or reseller. Therefore, my position is being clearly stated, these accounts do not belong to me, meaning that you are reporting inaccurate account information within my credit file. The fact that these are inaccurate account information means that you, this credit-reporting agency, are reporting incorrect accounts. XXXX. NORDSTM/TD bal. {$2800.00} I am well aware of my rights as a consumer. The Fair Credit Reporting Act requires that you, the credit-reporting agency report accurate and/or correct account information within my credit file. My credit issues are very specific, these accounts and/or items do not belong to me. This means that you are reporting incorrect account information within my credit report. It is this in mind that I request that these listed accounts and items be Blocked and Deleted. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act FCRA, Section XXXX ( XXXX ) Block of information resulting from identity theft. XXXX. Except as otherwise provided in this section, a consumer reporting shall block the reporting of any information in the file of a consumer that the consumer identifies as information that resulted from alleged identity theft, not later than XXXX ( XXXX ) business days after the date receipt by such agency of XXXX.
