Consumer Complaint: TB Banks USA NA has exposed my personal information with different Law offices here in the city. I am getting all of these Law suits from different Law offices telling that T D Bank has File a Lawsuit against me I was never aware of a Lawsuit I have file a dispute on my credit report about the amout of the payment that I owe XXXX is looking into the matter and nothing has gotten done I dont think TD Bank be allowed to exposed my credit card information like that and share my personal information to other Law firms this information should have been between me and the creditor

Consumer Complaint: About a month ago, I received an unexpected package from TD Bank XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, TX XXXX. The package contained two packs of checks numbers began with XXXX. I took the package to the local TD Bank branch and explained that I never opened an account or requested checks from TD Bank. They asked me to share some personal information and looked up the account on their system. Told me I might be a victim of identity theft and to place my CRA account on hold with the three Credit Reporting Bureaus. Yesterday, I received another identical packet of checks with the same check numbers, deposit slips and check register and a message to " Go ahead, grab a pen. '' " These checks are all yours. '' Obviously TD Bank failed to manage my complaint properly or I would not have received a second set of checks. I would like them to investigate their procedures when circumstances like this occur and modify their procedures so this doesn't occur again. Thank you for giving me a voice and helping me with this issue. It is great to know our government has the ability to help its citizens, like me when the financial companies really have little motivation without your influence. Thank XXXX ( and some politicians ) we have an Consumer Financial Protection Bureau that once again understands their priority is to serve consumers ' not the industry. Best Regards. XXXX

But after I locked my card, my credit card was still be charged monthly by XXXX XXXX. I called the fraud line of TD, every call is holding for over one hour. And problem is never solved. Finally I have to close the account. But the credit card keeps charging the monthly payments plus the Penalties, fees. And put me to collection, damage my credit. I also locked the second card for the account. Im not supposed to receive these charges

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2021 I had some issues with the TD Bank app. It was not working and I was getting an error message saying unable to connect to server I have attached a screenshot of it to this statement. I decided to go to a branch, the following day to make a payment but it was on thanksgiving day and the bank was closed. I had to do it the very next day, on XX/XX/2021. I have made XXXX ( XXXX ) payments in cash. One for {$500.00} and the second one for {$80.00}. I have attached a copy of the receipt to this statement. In total that day I have paid {$580.00}. The last day of my billing cycle was XXXX XXXX. So I have made the 2 payments before the last day of my billing cycle. Unfortunately those to payments have not been reported to the 3 credit bureaus. My balance before the payments was {$590.00}. My balance after the 2 payments should have been {$17.00} since I have paid {$580.00}. TD bank did not report the payments I have made to the 3 credit bureaus. I want them to fix it!!! I have sent a letter to TD bank about it ( attached to this statement ) but they have not done anything!!

Instead of updating autopay, they cancelled it altogether. After this, they also made it extremely difficult to log back into the payment portal ; even using my valid username and password, they required me to input a one-time passcode, but never sent the passcode despite several attempts from me to retrieve it.

Consumer Complaint: Please access my attached statements for account number XXXX. On XX/XX/2021, I bought a product for {$490.00}. The product was electronic and did not work : it did not take a charge. I returned the product via U.S. Mail in a timely manner with tracking number XXXX. I was charged interest for the period I had the faulty product. I didnt think I should be charged interest for a product that never worked. I called Nordstrom Card Services, I was told that the bill would be adjusted. I then proceeded to get late charges. Throughout the summer. I called the credit department again and was told that the charges would be removed In my final conversation with Nordstroms credit in XXXX, I paid the balance, not in agreement with the charges, but to irradicate the negative reports to my credit report. I have always paid the balance of the credit card whenever there was a balance. In light of the circumstances, and my payment history to Nordstroms Credit, I am asking that the derogatory reports to the credit report be reversed and removed by you. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I was desperate, I received a message stating they read my resume and they would like to proceed with the interview to get the job. They want to do an assessment to see my Qualifications. They told me I got the job on XX/XX/2021. They sent me a check to buy the equipments but they told me to get the equipment from the company that provides their company equipments I need to send it by XXXX. They sent me a location for an atm XXXX. It was the first time I applied for a remote job that responded. I was blinded by excitement. It's the first time have been scam, I had no idea a fake check can be deposited and validated by the banks. I though, if the checks I real maybe the job is real. I already XXXX XXXX XXXX now I have XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The banks approved the fake check less then 24 hours. The bank wants me to pay the money back after I called them and explained everything. I have evidence that I have been scam. I didn't know such a scam existed. Losing hard earned money by someone that's doing nothing with their life is the worst thing ever. I always go to work at XXXX am to XXXX pm and sometimes XXXX am to XXXX pm. It hurts more knowing I've hard really hard for it.

Consumer Complaint: I have been a credit card holder with Target for several years with no issues with any payments. Recently I had a reoccurrence of XXXX and had to stop working and unfortunately had XXXX on my bank account due to being in XXXX. As soon as I was aware of the issue I called the bank and my credit card companies requesting some assistance due to dealing with covid related issues. The bank and my other 2 credit card companies seen my payment history with no issues for the last several years and waived my returned payment fees. Target on the other hand refused to waive the returned payment fee and offer no Covid assistance per speaking with a Target supervisor.
