Consumer Complaint: Hi, Hope all is well and safe. There's a balance transfer charge on my TD bank credit card that I dont recall having initiated- {$130.00} and then a balance transfer fee of {$5.00}. I contacted TD bank but they are unable to assist me, stating that the balance transfer is valid. They did not offer me any explanation. They said they investigated and found that the charge is valid. So if they did investigate, they should be able to see who the person and credit card/bank info is. Like it would have to be one of the credit card I have with my name and S.S # and current address info, etc. They reverted the charge the first time but then the charge came back on my credit card. Please assist! At least give me information on the balance transfer info of the person/credit card/S.S # matching mine? Maybe identity theft? I did not open any new credit card recently to initiate a balance transfer.

Consumer Complaint: RE : Attentively review my formal writ composed declaration of not proven complaint misinformation that is all or in part : deficient of the adequate current status in the fullness of TRUTH, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, documented OWNERSHIP, certifiable RESPONSIBILITY, or otherwise irrefutable, complaint obligatory, and regulatory requisite reporting thereby mandating your immediate actions to rectify and remedy and any infractions behavior ( s ) by retaining or returning to demonstrate TRUE, CORRECT, COMPLETE, and COMPLAINT XXXX XXXX data field formatted reporting!!! I am a victim of identity- theft, I am writing to request that you block all accounts disputed as fraudulent on my credit reports with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX. This information does not relate to any transactions I have made. I did not give anyone authorization or consent to use my personal information. I hereby exercise my legal rights enacted by Congress and The Federal Trade Commission, which explicitly states when a victim of identity-theft dispute a fraudulent account on his/her credit report it shall be honored by all credit bureaus and all fraudulent information should be blocked within 4 days and proper notification shall be given to all data furnishers pursuant to section 605b of The Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. Failure to comply shall lead to complaints being filed with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and Attorney General stating your companys unlawful collection practices, misrepresentation of creditworthiness, defamation of character, and noncompliance to abide by laws enacted by Congress to protect victims of identity-theft who's credit been impacted by acts of fraud. Because I know my rights under THE FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT, CONSUMER CREDIT PROTECTION ACT ( CCPA ), and FAIR and ACCURATE CREDIT TRANSACTION ACT of 2003 ( FACTA ). I will be taking action. I also know my rights under this paragraph of Section 312 of the FACTA LAW : SEC.312. Procedures to enhance the accuracy and integrity of information furnished to consumer reporting agencies. ( b ) duty of furnishers to provide accurate information. -- Section 623 ( a ) ( 1 ) of THE FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT ( 15 U.S.C . 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 1 ) is amended ( 1 ) in subparagraph ( A ), by striking " knows or consciously avoids knowing the information is inaccurate '' and inserting " knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate '', and ( 2 ) by adding at the end of the following : ( D ) DEFINITION -- For purposes of subparagraph ( A ), the term 'reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate ' means having specific knowledge, other than solely allegations by the consumer, that would cause a reasonable person to have substantial doubts about the accuracy of information. Policy states. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act FCRA 611 ( 15 U.S.C 1681 ), Procedure In Case of Disputed Accuracy. ( a ) Reinvestigation ( 1 ) Reinvestigation ( a ) In general. Subject to Subsection ( f ), if the completeness or accuracy of any item of information contained in a consumers file at a consumer agency is disputed by the consumer and the consumer notifies the agency directly, or indirectly through a reseller, of such dispute, free of charge, conduct a reasonable reinvestigation to determine whether the disputed information is inaccurate and record the current status of the disputed information, or delete the item from the file in accordance with paragraph ( 5 ), before the end of the 30-day period beginning on the date on which the agency receives the notice of the dispute from the consumer or reseller. Therefore, my position is being clearly stated, these accounts do not belong to me, meaning that you are reporting inaccurate account information within my credit file. The fact that these are inaccurate account information means that you, this credit-reporting agency, are reporting incorrect accounts. 1. NORDSTROM/TD BANK USA & BAL . {$360.00} I am well aware of my rights as a consumer. The Fair Credit Reporting Act requires that you, the credit-reporting agency report accurate and/or correct account information within my credit file. My credit issues are very specific, these accounts and/or items do not belong to me. This means that you are reporting incorrect account information within my credit report. It is with this in mind that I request that these listed accounts and items be Blocked and Deleted. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act FCRA, Section 1681c ( 2 ) Block of information resulting from identity theft. 1. Block. Except as otherwise provided in this section, a consumer reporting shall block the reporting of any information in the file of a consumer that the consumer identifies as information that resulted from alleged identity theft, not later than four ( 4 ) business days after the date receipt by such agency of 1. Appropriate proof of identity of the consumer ; 2. A copy of identity theft reports 3. The identification of such information by the consumer ; and 4. A statement by the consumer that the information relating to the transaction by the consumer. I have provided all of the above-listed four ( 4 ) items within this package. Therefore, I expect these listed accounts to be deleted and blocked within ( 4 ) business days. This is clearly an identity theft issue. I am also entitled to receive a free copy of my credit report, so I am requesting a free credit report and that all of these accounts, public records items, and inquiries be permanently blocked and deleted. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/21 Target Redcard debited my account for 2 payments instead of one. When I called them I was told it was a system error that had impacted " alot of people '' and not to worry they would refund the payment. On XX/XX/21 Targets system updated to reflect they returned the payment but nothing showed up at my bank. I called again on XXXX and was told it was in pending, I called my bank on XXXX and XXXX and there is still no return in pending and the money has not been returned. When I called Target on XXXX I was told they could see the refund in pending and it would post by the morning, it did not. After spending an hour on the phone with a manager today all they can do is " file an internal complaint '' and they will get back to me. I have another " internal complaint '' from XX/XX/21 that noone has responded to.

Consumer Complaint: We keep getting arbitrarily harassed by TD Bank and their merchant services affiliate XXXX - like for today for example we woke up to try and login to our XXXX XXXX account ( a feature created by XXXX to access our credit card deposits/chargebacks/etc ) and the " password didn't work. '' So then after we changed the password by authenticating ourselves a few times via email, and were able to log in, the entire data for merchant account ending in XXXX was completely and totally deleted, we think in retaliation for filing so many bona fide legitimate complaints against these XXXX entities with the CFPB and the XXXX XXXX. Please urgently investigate and advise.

Consumer Complaint: I went food shopping XXXX XXXX 2021 at XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX NY for {$260.00} ran my tdbank debit card and the woman stated it did not go through to do again so I swiped again she said it still did not go through, so I used a credit card. I went home and saw that it did go through 2 times- I called the store that day and they said take it up with your bank I called the bank the next day and they gave me {$530.00} in a provisional credit- then on XXXX they took the money back and ask me to prove I paid 3 times- I went to the bank and the man faxed the statement as prof and since then I have gotten several letters that the credit did not go through and I loose the money- They gave me the {$260.00} so far but they will not give me the other {$260.00} because they stated I did not send the required documents in 4 weeks. I did nothing wrong but go food shopping for my family and 2 large corporations will not give me my money back that I need to pay bills- they are playing with me and I am so discusted by this whole process to get back my money! Consumer Complaint: For months I been contacting XXXX to removed derrogaroty remarks out of my credit report. I own Target credit card with TDBank for XXXX years or more, before covid started I put myself behind, NEVER in XXXX years late, with a total line of credit of {$8000.00} never used. My Dad got XXXX anf priorities shifted, I still called them and I was unemployed in XXXX for XXXX months and I keep them informed. In XX/XX/XXXX I resolved this debt in a settlement of {$900.00} with XXXX the cpllction company target used to collect, they pulled the wrong amount due to being made over the phone with a debit card ( never again ), they pulled {$1200.00} so the bank reimburse me for {$330.00}. I called them in XXXX I told them I needed to be reported diferent in my credit since I have already paid, they advise me to talk to Target that they do not do any reporting. Is been a a totally struggle and right now this account is preventing me to refinance my home. In XXXX XXXX I sent letters to TDBank , the XXXX credit bureau XXXX to XXXX XXXX after hearing the shoking news that my account have not been paid, this letters included copies of bank statement, letter of settlement and they still doing nothing about it. I also faxed the probe to them and e mail the satements This is unfair dealing I had paid this account in the settlement they agreeded upon which was {$900.00}. I need them to fixed I called the Law firm XXXX XXXX and a lady by the name of XXXX XXXX said that they been handling my case as a complaint not as a dispute and that allow them to revised ONE more time the documents I Sent XX/XX/XXXX to her e mail at XXXX and give them 5 days to call back for the status. In the recorded conversation I requested to verify through physical verification of the original signed consumer contract for any and all accounts that they post on my credit report. Consumer Complaint: I had this account set up on auto pay to XXXX every month n my bill. I paid the bill off I assumed th auto paymnt was still set up as it is on all my other cards. I made a purchase from XXXX for XXXX. I never received a bill from TD Bank. I am set up on paperless billing. I went back through my email and can not find a bill. The monthly minimum due was XXXX with no interest. I have bever been late or missed a payment. I suffered the lost of XXXX family members. I assumed my bills were paid because I never received a notice or call that they turned off my auto pay. I received a notification that a payment was due. I was puzzled because my auto was set for XXXX. So I called TD Bank. And was advised By supervisor XXXX that was my problem not there's he removed the late fee of XXXX. I asked why I never received a bill or call. My bill was XXXX a month. So not my credit was reported as 30 days late he said. If I didn't receive a bill or they shut down my auto payment. Not my fault. I want the 30 days late removed from my credit report. I have paid this account in full and will never do business with them again. I felt like i was being discriminated against. For not receiving my bill or a call.
