Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2021 I the consumer requested Debt Validation 15 U.S. Code 1692g, FDCPA, not verification but validation of said debt. Consumer Complaint: My vehicle broke down while traveling out of state I had it towed to the XXXX dealership During the repair process they did some repairs that were unauthorized claiming these were recalls when I came to retrieve my vehicle I noticed that one of the parts they installed looked broken damaged or used along with several other problems that the dealer caused during repairs I contacted XXXX customer care and the credit card company after I try to resolve it with the dealership ram customer care instructed me to take the vehicle to another dealership for a second opinion they concluded that the repairs that were made by the original dealer were faulty and this was a workmanship issue not a warranty issue i had to pay to fix what the other dealer damaged I supplied the cc company with this letter and all paperwork they opened the dispute but after several days they replied that services were rendered and I had to pay the bill Im not denying that they provided services Im disputing the shady parts they installed and the quality of craftsmanship or workmanship they did causing damage to my vehicle requiring me to pay someone else to fix their lousy work I believe I should not have to pay them because they damaged my vehicle the cc company requested a letter from XXXX XXXX saying that if I didnt provide the letter they couldnt move forward with dispute because service was rendered after I provided them with the letter from a supervisor at XXXX they denied my dispute still saying service was rendered

Consumer Complaint: TD bank closed my account without notifying me. I believed there are money in my account but I can't access to my account information. I went to a local branch last week to get help but the staff said they don't have my account info as well because it's already been closed so he gave me a customer service number to call but the one I talked told me she couldn't help because no information is showed so she gave me another number to call but it's all the same, nothing showed up on my account! I'm so frustrated that I can't get any information on my bank account. From the record I have the last time I used my bank for an online payment was last year in XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: TD Bank blatantly lied in my XXXX most recent complaints. XXXX and XXXX. They claimed " Fraud '' when in fact they were disputes. I submitted substantial evidence proving services were not rendered. The company I disputed against provided zero evidence and didn't even reply to my claims. TD Bank found in favor of actual scammers and refused to even contact me. They had no problem locking my XXXX year old account though with zero information given to me. This is so disgusting and abhorrent. Easily the worst service I've ever received in my life and now they're continuing to threaten me with collections but refuse to return my calls related to my disputes.

Consumer Complaint: Hello, I had two accounts with TD Auto Finance that were all paid on time with no late pays. The third account was opened on XX/XX/XXXX and I made XXXX on time payments. TD ended up cancelling my auto pay on the XXXX payment ( XX/XX/XXXX ) without notice. As soon as I discovered that I could not obtain the title for the car, I found out that TD had reported that I was late to all three credit reporting agencies. I called TD and asked why they never notified me about cancelling auto pay or about the late pay and they claimed to have sent a letter. I never received a letter from them and I have seen many other consumers that have the exact same complaint from TD customers. I am a Veteran that has worked hard to maintain my credit and pay my bills on time. Please help!

Consumer Complaint: Hello I am writing because after I have tried to resolve this issue with my bank they came back and said that charges were not fraudulent because the company was able to give them my name, address, and email address? This is public information in which has me highly confused! I have lost over {$2000.00} in XXXX due to me losing my handbag, in which my phone was in, my debit and credit cards were in, among other things. I have even filed the same dispute with my credit card who in turn responded that the charges were indeed fraud so it really is baffaling how my bank is allowing someone to rightfully steal from their very own customers. Aside from this TD bank has charged me an obscene amount of overdraft charges due to these fraud transactions as well, when I mean obscene I mean hundreds and hundreds of dollars for transactions that I did not even process.
