Consumer Complaint: I have been trying to find the registered agent for this institution that has a company listed as an agent and direct contact to a person. The state listed on my agreement states the company is listed in Ohio but when I search XXXX that site says the company is dead. When I search the address listed on the statement for Michigan it says the registered agent is a company. When I search the site listed on FDIC for Delaware it states the registered agent is a company. This company continues to do business across state lines and does not have a clear and direct person of contact.

I spent so much time waiting in line for the call to get this resolved. I even faxed the police report for the case. But they don't give any response.

Consumer Complaint: I have sent numerous requests via mail and telephone to resolve my credit reporting errors to the companies in regards to late payments on my account. I have sent my personal information along with a copy of The Heroes Act and explained that I was negatively impacted by Covid 19 and per the Heroes Act be protected from it affecting my credit score. I have sent requests in XX/XX/2022, XX/XX/2022, XX/XX/2022 and also had several phone requests without any resolution into the matter. This is severely impacting my credit and which in turn is not allowing me to purchase a new home and it was beyond my control and again per the The Heroes Act I am requesting that the late payments that were reported during the Pandemic be removed from my credit reports.

Consumer Complaint: I was looking into my XXXX XXXX Account and noticed An unauthorized hard inquiry on my credit report from TD Bank US/ Target. Dated XX/XX/2022. I knew I had never asked for any credit with Target and had heard of TD Bank US. The hard inquiry only showed on the XXXX Credit report. I Immediately called them and filed a credit dispute. They sent me a email document showing my credit history and on page 13 of 16 appears the unauthorized credit inquiry. I called XXXX and had them freeze my credit information. The called TD Bank US who put me intouch with Target 's credit card fraud division. Who researched the fraudulent application and stopped the release of the Target credit card. Target is sending some sort of paperwork they want me to fill out and return but I will have to see what it entails. I have since frozen my credit reports with XXXX and XXXX also

Consumer Complaint: I am writing this letter due to the actions that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has taken that have completely disregarded my rights under the FCRA, and FDCPA in which they have a legal duty to comply to. I have recently sent them another letter on XX/XX/2022 after carefully scrutinizing my credit report. They have failed to validate a debt at my request, which is a FDCPA violation and they continued to report a disputed debt to the Credit Bureaus : another FCRA violation. It is incumbent upon them under the law they prove that they have the legal right to collect this debt from me, and that they are allowed to do so in the state of North Carolina. What they have provided me with is a statement with the original creditors details, as well as information stating that they are attempting to collect a debt that XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX is also claiming that I owe to them as well. This is not a validation of debt letter containing a contract bearing my personal wet signature as proof that I hold this contract with their company or with XXXX XXXX, XXXX. They are using unfair and deceptive practices in order to collect a debt for which I did not have a contractual obligation with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and that they have purchased from the original creditor. For the above reasons, I have decided to file a complaint with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau for the immediate removal of this inaccurate information from my credit report. They told me I pose a min on debit/credit sale. But I stop already in long time ago. There is no reason charge such high fee no matter what, td bank help XXXX charge me {$5000.00} on XX/XX/XXXX, that is not right and legal, should send me legal document by cert mail to inform me and call me. I called td bank merchant service 2 times, they told me I need contract visa, I called XXXX and disconnect my call. I email to XXXX. but no answer. td bank and XXXX had no right charge such high fee, please help me get back money, you can email or call me, help me get back money {$5000.00} which charge on XX/XX/XXXX
