Consumer Complaint: The consummation of this lease agreement took place XX/XX/2019. There are certain disclosures that should have been provided during the consumer credit transactions. The notice of cancelation form explaining my right to rescind was never provided. Pursuant 15 usc 1635, I was not giving full disclosure of all the terms in the lease agreement. This has caused great injury and suffering. I hereby rescind this contract and demand any payments made by me returned to me within 10 days of the rescission process. Any interest you have in this contract needs to be terminated and canceled. You must send me proof of the cancelation. You must cease & desist from all collection action and any other action pertaining to any debt obligation.

Consumer Complaint: Target credit card was set up with automatic payments. All checking account info was loaded in database. XXXX payment was not processed and Target did not reach out until 31 days late. It was a {$30.00} dollar payment. Entire balance was paid immediately, I explained the auto pay was set up. I asked if it could be confirmed and was told the information was in fact loaded onto the database but I still could not enroll in auto pay. Target then reduced my available credit while not reporting my payment further torpedoing my credit score. Ive reached out to target 5 times and sent two general inquiry emails. The response is the reporting is accurate, but they dont take any blame for their own system failures. I was set to buy a house that I now do not qualify for because of a {$30.00} dollar payment. Realistically this would never happen. I have just closed my target account and I would like this 30 day late mark removed.

I am trying to close this account through TD bank ( Account XXXX XXXX ). I closed the one attached to this one. Someone is using a company printing out fraudulent checks to run through my account. Someone of interest is XXXX XXXX, of XXXX, XXXX XXXX, SC XXXX. He has hired people to making checks in vain for them to go through my name in a checking account at TD Bank, XXXX XXXX, SC, or TD Bank in XXXX XXXX, XXXX. ( Near the convention center is the one in XXXX XXXX, SC XXXX ) with the account number above. Checking account. It was frozen a year ago. And I closed my main account. I want nothing to do with this bank but to corporate. And close all connections to it. I want my name nowhere near these fake checks, and an account that isn't mine. I am aware there has been blood shed for several check in my name, and account number above. PLEASE stop this. This is extremely unholy to me. I thank you. I can't get contacted due to them inferring to dispatch services. Out fire rescue line in XXXX XXXX, SC XXXX is connected to California. And Maryland has a lot of crime started here. I have proof. A financing charge is the total of all fees in a consumer credit transaction, according to 15 USC 1605. Cash was paid to TD Auto Loan ; however, cash is not included in the finance charge. Although insurance is supposed to be included in the finance payment, TD Auto Finance forced me to buy it separately in addition to additional expenses.

Consumer Complaint: I have been a long term customer. In XXXX I moved to XXXX, I didn't know how it would be, and asked TD to keep my account open and in good standing, they did until this year. Starting in XXXX, and through all XXXX, TD has caused a number of problems. I have had a TD Debit Card, but as there were no emergencies the card and account savings were unused. I'm just going to list the problems, in finishing I will detail the situation TD has left me. Problems : XXXX sent paper-mail letter to incorrect address in XXXX- not express mail. XXXX was lost for 4 months. XXXX : XXXX branch emailed request for me to update my personal information, address and phone. TD contacts me, requesting personal information, address and phone - information on file isn't what I provided. TD deactivates my TD Card without informing me. So when I try it at my XXXX Bank it is declined. I email TD why this happened, they say your card wasn't used for XXXX years so we deactivated it. I say well I need to use my card for health insurance and to replace my very old phone. Since they can not reactivate the card a new one is sent, but not with express mail, so card is lost for weeks. I insist they send a replacement card via express mail. Surprisingly, my new card is declined for purchases, and at my XXXX Bank. I email for help, they TD says the card was deactivated " for my protection ''. I ask TD to stop protecting me and allow the card to work, but I am never able to use my card, ever. Concerning health insurance - I missed the window when it was available because " no access to my savings ''. I ask TD Bank to mail a cashiers check - expensive and time consuming- to finally get me some money. XXXX XXXX XXXX tries to sell me an XXXX, my TD card is declined again, I pay cash. In the XXXX XXXX I notice TD Bank used an incorrect phone number for authorization. All during XXXX my card was always declined yet no TD person could/would help me. TD finally closed my account... WOW!

I told her I don't have the money for it. She told me she would help me invest some money in crypo and real estate and so I put XXXX,- in XXXX XXXX and this made XXXX profit and the suddenly the money completely dissapeared from the site. I invested XXXX, - in a real estate investment through XXXX and this was out of my site afterwards. I tried to withdraw money from the XXXX bank it was send to, but no result and no money. She told me I had to buy a XXXX XXXX XXXX to meet her and I paid XXXX,- for the card and I received all kinds of documents to get it. After a few months I watched the XXXX show XXXX and found a way to reverse phone search option, but when I tried it on the number of her on Telegram it turn out to be a scam. I told her and the one who provides the card to send me back the money but non of them did. So I want the bank and others to send me back the money. This all got me into serious financial trouble. Consumer Complaint: Nordstrom agreed to remove this account from all three credit bureaus after personal Check cleared the bank for payment. There is a written statement on the check which states if you cash the check you agree to XXXX this account out and remove from all three credit bureaus. Nordstrom deposited and cash that check so they agreed to the terms of written statement on the check. If Nordstrom account is not removed I will take them to court for not adhering to the statement on back of the check. I made copies and Im sure they can verify that as well. Nordstrom had 10 days to have this account removed. I spoke with the court house I can actually sue for the check amount and for punitive damages and I will if this account is not removed immediately.

Consumer Complaint: I have my mortgage and my checking account with TD Bank and I pay my mortgage via online transfer on their website every month on the first of the month. Their website only shows the total outstanding balance on the mortgage, not the monthly payment, and I haven't been receiving statements so I pay the same amount each month. In XXXX I paid my mortgage on the first of the month like I always do. On the XXXX, XXXX days after the grace period to pay, my husband received a phone call from TD Bank that my mortgage hadn't been paid. I called them immediately and I was told that my mortgage had increased that month by {$82.00}, which I had never been made aware of, and I was short that amount. I went online during the phone call and immediately transferred over the additional funds to cover the full amount and I was told that the late fee would be waived. Today I was told, over the phone when I called to confirm the amount of my payment since I am still not receiving mail from the bank, that there was an outstanding late fee on my account in the amount of {$23.00} that could not be waived. My actual mortgage payment, the amount that I owe TD Bank, was paid on time, but they chose not to apply any part of my payment until the received the additional amount, which they did not notify me about until after the late fee was applied and which I paid immediately upon learning about it. I have XXXX bank accounts with TD Bank, so they already have all of my money. They should not be charging a late fee on an account that was paid on time to the best of my knowledge with the information that they had provided to me.
