Consumer Complaint: I noticed on XX/XX/XXXX of 2023 that the autopay feature on my loan with TD Auto was disabled and it made me default on the loan by 30 days. Upon noticing said issue I immediately paid any outstanding money owed and thought the matter was resolved. 3 days later on XX/XX/2023 TD Auto marked my credit as 30 days late for the XX/XX/2023 payment. Whe I called I was told the auto pay was turned off. When I asked who turned it off the representative was not able to tell me who it was and notified me to submit a complaint. I submitted a complaint both to TD Auto and experian and was told that the reporting on my credit wsa accurate. I do not agree with this as I did not have anything to do with disabling the auto pay. One thing that did pass duing this time is that TD Auto updated their website which I believe had something to do with this and they are not willing to take ownership of the issue.

Consumer Complaint: I made two payments that have not accredited to my balance. They have also incentives and awards that have not credited to the rewards for use. They separate purchase so you cant earn the rewards. And block you from using the offered discounts at the time of purchase. Something is really wrong and gimick. Its almost like theft.

Consumer Complaint: Bank : TD Bank, NA Loan : Mortgage Account Number : furnished upon request In XX/XX/XXXX, I had refinanced my mortgage loan with TD Bank as a conventional 30-year loan. It was not an FHA, VA, or USDA loan. Just a conventional loan held directly with the lender ( TD Bank ). Furthermore, it was never disclosed to me at the time of settlement that my loan was backed by XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX, I unexpectedly lost by job due to downsizing, thus significantly impacting my household income. Since XXXX, I have been paying my mortgage in full on a monthly basis, and continued to do so since XX/XX/XXXX. I have NEVER missed a payment, even through this time of loss of income, and am considered a customer in excellent standing. I have all of my deposit accounts, as well as an auto loan, with TD Bank as well. On XX/XX/XXXX, I called TD Bank and spoke with two associates - one in Home Lending and the other in their Financial Services Group ( FSG ). The associate in FSG was a supervisor. I inquired about mortgage forbearance and mortgage deferral to help me during this time of significant financial hardship. To my surprise, I was informed by both associates that my mortgage loan does not qualify for forbearance or deferral since it is considered an " investment based '' loan through XXXX XXXX. The only solution they offered was a potential loan modification, which is not an acceptable nor viable option for me at this time. I requested that TD Bank confirm my mortgage loan was conventional, however, they stated it was an " investment based '' loan through XXXX XXXX instead. It was NEVER disclosed to me at the time of settlement, nor at any time during the lending relationship since XXXX, that my loan is backed by XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX. According to the CFPB website, federally backed mortgages ( which includes XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX loans ) are eligible for forbearance : https : //www.consumerfinance.gov/coronavirus/mortgage-and-housing-assistance/help-for-homeowners/learn-about-forbearance/ I am filing a complaint against TD Bank based on two reasons : 1. Their failure to properly notify me that my loan is backed by XXXX XXXX 2. Their decision to flat out disqualify me mortgage forbearance or mortgage deferral, since they classify it was an " investment based '' loan through XXXX XXXX, despite the fact that this type of loan is indeed eligible for forbearance, per the CFPB TD Bank failed to disclose significant information about my loan being held by them. Furthermore, they lied to me about being ineligible for forbearance.

Consumer Complaint: TD auto finance has been charging me a return fee of {$30.00} every month. They failed to tell me that my bank account had to be a personal account in order for it to be used as a form of payment. I have been using my business checking account which has my name on it as well. The charges get returned, then they charge me {$30.00} for returned payment when in fact I have enough to pay off the loan multiple times over. Then on top of that, they charge me a late fee because the payment didnt go through due to them withholding crucial information regarding the type of account that needs to be used to make the payment from. I called customer service at XXXX on XX/XX/2023 and representative told me that thats why you have those fees. You should use a personal account I asked how was I to know. She started saying well I mean *** you can see on all those dates when I paid, there was sufficient amount in the account. The payment was also processed and posted to the account in XXXX. So it seems to me that they are intentionally not taking the money and claiming that payment is being returned so they charge the fees. ***** See attached photos. I have been charged hundreds in unjust late fees and return fees. Any help is appreciated

Consumer Complaint: Target has blocked payments multiple times and has opened the payment portal the day after the payment was due to charge me a late fee. The company has done this multiple times and I have contacted it to get these fees removed, but Target has kept these fees and has charged me interest on the fees. I have paid off the card fully at this point, but the company 's fees and interest remain. I would like Target to remove them and close out my account. I have some written records and screenshots. Target has blocked me from using the messaging center to avoid generating more records. Some of these fees are more than a year old, so these have gotten much worse over time. I want my account cleared and closed.

Consumer Complaint: My credit card account with Target has been locked for 2 months ( that I know of ) and no one seems to know why. I do not have a balance on the card and I am not late with payments. I was told to contact the 3 credit bureaus to have them life a fraud alert, so I called and only 1 had an alert and has lifted it but my card is still locked and not usable. I called Target back to let them know and they told me that there is nothing they can do on their end. I like shopping at Target with my card and getting the benefits from it but I'm going to close my account if I can not use it. Can you help?
