Consumer Complaint: After reviewing my credit report, I noticed I have 4 late payments being reported by TD auto Finance. I notice the late payment was reported in XXXX, XXXX and XXXX of XXXX and XXXX of XXXX. Please note I have excellent payment history with is company and has never been late. From my history of never being late, this is an oversight on behalf of the client. Please note this report is a violation of my consumer rights. These late payments were reported during COVID 19, there was no grace given due to a pandemic happening. Please understand as a consumer my rights were violated by the reporting of these late payments. I would like these late payments to be removed and cleared from my credit profile. 15 U.S. Code 1666b - Timing of payments ( a ) Time to Make Payments A creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose, unless the creditor has adopted reasonable procedures designed to ensure that each periodic statement including the information required by section 1637 ( b ) of this title is mailed or delivered to the consumer not later than 21 days before the payment due date.

Issue: Problem with a purchase shown on your statement
Subissue: Card was charged for something you did not purchase with the card
Consumer Complaint: Filed credit card dispute with TD bank XX/XX/23 for an amount of {$980.00} for a purchase I did not make. I reported that I had the credit card in question at the time of purchase, whoever the purchase was made in XXXX somewhere in XXXX XXXX where as I reside in XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX with no transportation available to me to go to New jersey for any purchases. I am an elderly woman and try to get all my necessities near where I live. I got a response back from TD bank XX/XX/23 where their investigation concluded that no fraud was detected because as they said, " You advised your chip card was in your possession, during an in-person transaction. '' I am unable to pay such a big amount, especially one I did not make, and have asked TD to reinvestigate at least twice and they continue to deny my request.

Issue: Managing an account
Subissue: Deposits and withdrawals
Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023, I went into TD bank and printed out a new debit card, while I was there I asked the women who printed my card if I would be able to open a savings account. She said yes, and opened my savings account. She advised me that I would have to have over {$300.00} in the account so that I wouldnt be billed. I told her OK, and that I would put the money into The ATM once I had a chance. Later that same night around around XXXX XXXX I arrived at TD Bank with {$550.00} cash and put it into my savings account using my debit card. The lady who opened my savings account never told me that my debit card was not linked to my savings account. With me, not knowing that my debit card was not linked to my savings account. When the ATM asked me did I want to deposit my money into my savings account or my checking account I clicked savings account thinking my debit card was linked and knowing I had to have at least {$300.00} in the savings account. Thinking my money would be secured because I deposited the money into a TD Bank atm I waited to see the funds in my account, I gave it 24hrs and I still did not see the funds in my account, I called the customer service line and they did virtually nothing for me except accuse me of lying. I made time to go to the branch where I originally deposited the money and they filed a dispute. They advised me to wait 3~7 days for a provisional credit, I called multiple branches and the customer service line multiple times just for them to dismiss my concerns and accuse me of never putting this money into THEIR ATM.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I realized that this account was a result of an identity theft that took place and this person was making payments on the account since XX/XX/XXXX. My voice was impersonated along with my computer being stolen and this same person opened up other credit cards along with other loans. This has impacted me greatly in terms of getting employment, a vehicle and an apartment as I have been homeless for a year. I just want this to be over with so that I can move on with my life and this problem has caused me great mental anguish.

Issue: Problem with a lender or other company charging your account
Subissue: Transaction was not authorized
Consumer Complaint: My account, money and personal information was stolen 3 times from ''TD Bank '' within one month because they do not have any type of security in this institution. I believe since TD Bank was sued for stealing and overcharging customers on unauthorized transactions, etc. this is their new way to steal, by cooperating with cyber-delinquents that probably work for them too. No matter if the criminals confess they stole your account and your money, they do not do anything about unauthorized transactions, THEY DO NOT RECOVER OR REFUND STOLEN MONEY, no matter how small or large is the amount. THEY DO NOT PROTECT CONSUMERS PRIVATE INFORMATION. I will be next suing them after this, and I am also able to serve anyone as a witness. I have proof that my information was stolen from this bank, proof that the criminals refused to answer any question or justify the charges, and proof that the bank refused to do anything about after they neglected my information and account
