Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I entered into an agreement with the plaintiff that would draft a payment out of my account once a month for the amount they are saying I owe. Shortly after this agreement I was served with papers that were a statement of claim. I filed an answer to the magistrate court stating that I have had a once a month deduction come out of my account to pay the debt they say I owe and I showed proof. I have now received a letter saying that I must go to court in XXXX or I will have a judgement against me. I have been trying to email and call these people since XXXX I want this case dismissed because I am already paying and they draft the amount out of my account each month. I cant miss a day of work for this. I think they are not answering or responding because they want me to not show up and it be a judgment against me. They are sneaky and have been no help to me. When I have called I just get transferred to people that cant help me because they say its a legal matter. The court says that they will not dismiss the case unless they hear back from the plaintiff as soon as possible.

Consumer Complaint: This is an issue about Synchrony Pay Later service. I received a refund from a merchant on XX/XX/2023. I contacted Synchrony and they informed me they had record of the refund. On XXXX XXXX I received a letter stating my account had been corrected and to contact them regarding receiving the money. I was told a check had been sent. When I hadn't received by XX/XX/XXXX I called again they said " so sorry, we'll cancel that check and send another '' It still hasn't arrived and I received another letter saying I needed to contact the refunding merchant. I called toady XXXX XXXX and was told there was no record of a check being sent. Supposedly there will be a check in the mail, again. As of today XXXX XXXX I have not received the refund due me.

Consumer Complaint: I had to relocate quickly due to a XXXX XXXX situation. I had 6 months no interest on all purchases and it until this happened I had never paid interest on any charges. It was not until I was having to pay for things I usually did not to keep from being XXXX with XXXX that I did start having things getting interest charges and getting behind. It took me a bit to get somewhere safe and get settled in before I was able to start dealing with things but I am including the emails where I reached out to the executive email for PayPal when I was unable to reach anyone outside of my work hours or that could assist. He refused to provide a direct number when I asked as I can not take calls while I am at work and kept wanting a time when he could call me. I have been trying to deal with investigators, the DA and many other issues and had to put it aside but when I called because my access to my statements has been blocked they refused to allow me access until I made the minimum payment. Some of these charges will need to be disputed as they are coerced charges as per the DA 's office and my Victim 's Advocate but I am being denied the necessary information so that we can try to address this and get my account back in good standing. They can see that for about 1.5 years prior I was not late with payments, always paid more than the minimum and never had interest charged on my purchases because I paid them off within the the 6 months no interest period. But I am not getting anywhere and not able to reach anyone that can do anything and now I can't even access my statements so I can dispute the coerced charges. I am including the police reports, bond conditions and screen shots of emails from the PayPal executive. Also the latest case I have not gotten a police report for. It is for texted death threats but the case number is XXXX and is with the same office the rest of them are with.

Paid those and were charged XXXX in interest because of an accidental charge for stone on the account that wasnt taken off. This Lowes store is one of the worst stores Ive dealt with. Weve had several issues where they damaged goods delivered and damaged goods loading them into our vehicle. The fence isnt even a good fence. The door is splitting and I havent been able to get the company to get out and fix it. Lowes in XXXX XXXX. Terrible employees, terrible environment, terrible quality.

Consumer Complaint: Synchrony Bank closed my XXXX XXXX XXXX Account claiming that I made a {$30.00} that was returned. This was a payment supposedly done in XX/XX/2023 when my Synchrony Bank Account was on a Natural Disaster Deferment. In other words, no payment was retired. Therefore, I did not schedule a payment for the month of XX/XX/2023. My bank, XXXX XXXX does not have a record of such a payment even being presented from Synchrony Bank for {$30.00}, during the month of XXXX. The last payment my bank has was made and cleared my account on XX/XX/2023, for {$7.00}. Because of the supposed {$30.00} payment being returned, Synchrony Closed my XXXX XXXX XXXX Account. Once again, I did not make the payment of {$30.00} in the month of XXXX, nor did I authorize anyone to make a payment on my behalf.

I asked for them to verify the actual applicaation submitted to the creditor and all they submitted to me was a statement which proved nothing as i suspected.
