Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2021, I registered for an event held by XXXX XXXX XXXX, paying via PayPal Credit, to take place in XXXX the same year. I contacted XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2021 via formal email masking him aware I would not be attending the event. He ignored me on several occasions by not responding until he had his website page updated with No refunds. Even after I was told by the event Co-Hosts, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and XXXX of XXXX XXXX I would receive my {$400.00} refund. The dispute was originally placed on XX/XX/2021. The XXXX XXXX XXXX decided on my favor, then released the funds back to XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX in XXXX. Im glad I screen captured the proof of the resolution centers judgement, because they have since removed the dispute and judgement from my dashboard. Ive disputed this issue with both companies, since 2021, with no resolution of receiving my valid refund for services not provided. Please assist me!

Consumer Complaint: I have been getting billed {$30.00} to $ XXXX monthly by Synchrony bank on my XXXX XXXX account unknown to me for years and possibly totaling thousands of dollars in fees. I never signed up for this program or authorized these payments. This account was only used for veterinary bills and never had a late payment etc. I can see this bank was already fined for deceptive practices and fees for this exact program in 2014, it seems they are up to their old predatory tricks abusing a credit program that is targeted to the most vulnerable consumers ( XXXX ).

Consumer Complaint: I took out a loan with synchrony financial for a XXXX XXXX. I have consistently paid my loan early since the loans creation, for the payment of XXXX. My payment due date is on the XXXX of every month, and consistently I have made my payment between the XXXX and the end of the month leading up to the month the payment is due. XXXX payment was made on XX/XX/XXXX, and On XXXX the XXXX via the synchrony automated phone system, which is one of two ways to make a payment with out paying a servicing fee, I made a payment of XXXX for the due date of XX/XX/XXXX. The payment was processed and appears on my XXXX XXXX statement the same as every other payment. Synchrony acknowledged on a telephone call today XX/XX/2023 at approximately XXXX that the payment was made applied to my principal and interest, but never applied to my account to show a payment was made. They proceeded to charge me a late fee for an acknowledge payment, and that their research request would take 30 days thus making my account delinquent and reported as such to the credit bureaus. They acknowledged there was no prepayment penalties, and that they processed the payment, but simply did not apply it to my payment due, only as a payment made early, but then charged me a late fee for no reason.

Consumer Complaint: I have a credit card with SYNCHRONY bank through Verizon that is now closed. I paid off the credit card back in XX/XX/2022, the payment was rejected, but when they told me, I paid the balance in full plus all leftover interest charges on XXXX, and then they did not update the payments made again in their own system, and didn't apply those payments to the XX/XX/2022 statement, and they did in fact receive payment, because it is even listed on another area of their site, but even stranger, is I can't find any record of the payment, and I checked my checking, business checking, XXXX card, both my XXXX XXXX credit card accounts, and I can't find it, but I know I paid it. This is exremely concerning, and extremely fraudulent. I talked to customer service and made sure that that would be my final payment, for sure, and it was confirmed that it would be, and they are still sending me emails!!! I just received a new bill from them by email XX/XX/XXXX! I've contacted Verizon about this multiple times.
