Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX a credit card account was opened or attempted to be opened from SYNCBXXXX and SYNCB/Low on my SSN, and I did not make any inquiries. On XX/XX/XXXX and credit card account was attempted to be opened under my middle names and my SSN with XXXX XXXX. I did not make this inquiry either. I received the denial letter in the mail from XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX which alerted me to check my SSN and experian report. I have spoke with XXXX to remove these hard inquiries from my SSN. XXXX XXXX has also reported the occurrence as fraud and I have put a security alert on my SSN from XXXX to hopefully make it hard for this to happen again and hopefully resolve the issue.

Consumer Complaint: I opened a high yield savings account several months ago. I have attempted to withdraw money from the account and was told my accounted was restricted. I was told by the person I spoke with that she would place a note in file and I should get response in 7-10 days. I waited and received no response I called again and advised that I would like to close the account and get a refund of my money via check The person I spoke with told me the account was closed and I should receive the check in 7-10 days. Ten days later, I never received the check. I called the bank again and advised them I didn't receive my check. The person at the bank advised that the account is not closed and remains restricted. Again the person put note to advise of the problem and asked me to call back in 7-10 days. I received a bank statement at XX/XX/23 with a beginning balance of {$5900.00} as of XX/XX/23 Interest earned : {$21.00} Ending balance of {$5900.00} I called the bank again very upset because I could not receive my money. I told the person I talked to and again she told me that my funds were restricted. I explained to her that is my money and it is not right that it is being kept from me.. I tried to stay calm and I asked to speak to someone in charge and she hung up on me. I'm a XXXX XXXX with an ill husband I'm caring for The doctor and care bills are going up. I need my funds. I'm very upset Please help me

Consumer Complaint: This credit card is for dental care which has been completed. The balance on the card was {$1700.00}. I was sent a bill for over {$4600.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. I called Care Credit and made a payment of {$1800.00} on XX/XX/XXXX and they explained that my balance would be XXXX and I would not be charged any additional interest. I've contacted them XXXX times by phone and each time they stated that I would not be charged interest because I paid the entire balance on XX/XX/XXXX. My balance shows that I owe over {$2700.00}!! They are trying to take advantage of me because of my age and never told me about any additional interest. I've been making all the payments each month and have paid the remainder ( which was {$1700.00} ). I paid {$1800.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. They said that would cover the entire remaining balance.

Consumer Complaint: Synchrony Bank is still lowering and closing accounts with balances. This is creating a major impact on my credit scores. According to the bureaus, Synchrony Bank is the primary culprit in reducing my credit scores. I have never paid them or anyone else late. They keep responding with " their right '' to periodically review scores and make changes and that they don't base it on your history with them. Yet, the only issues that affect the scores they are using to make this determination is being adversely affected by only them! Where is " my right '' to expect that my loyalty and on time payments will not result in unfair and adverse actions on the part of synchrony. If they post another generic " our rights '' reply here, we will be forwarding this to our legal counsel. We are business owners who are required to personally guarantee some of our accounts/ insurances / bonding. This situation with Synchrony and their unfair practices has had a horrible impact on our ability to do so and conduct our business '. LAST CHANCE SYNCHRONY!

I have also submitted disputes and they still have not removed any of these items. As they can see I have had fraud alert on my ssn for a very long time due to the situation of my identity being stolen. These inquiries are fraudulent and I would like them removed!

I presume no evidence of the Alleged Debt therefore exists According to 15 US Code 168c-2, this is my statement that all of the listed accounts have been reported without my expressed written consent and therefore is a result of identity theft and must be removed. These accounts are not related to any transactions made by me, the consumer. Fraud has been committed on my consumer report, which violates the FCRA and FDCPA. You are using extortionate means to collect on alleged debt, I do not owe that resulted from extension of credit which violates Title 18 USC 892-894 and constitutes racketeering activities and extortion. Consumer Complaint: I have several accounts with Synchrony and have always had a great payment and usage history. A little over a year ago, my wife and i purchased a home for our family. With a new house, comes increased expense so I have put some expenses on credit cards ; however, I have maintained great payment history. My usage has just gone up. I havent been late on my other credit cards either. Over the last year, despite on time payments, synchrony has continued to lower limits and even close some cards. While I understand they have a business to protect, they do not inform their customers prior to reporting to the XXXX agencies and it just causes a snow ball effect. Synchrony had no problem raising my limits before I purchased a house. They also have no problems sending emails reminding of available credit encouraging me to use my credit, only to punish me when I do. One of the reasons for their actions was Not paid enough on real estate loan. I put 20 % down ( $ XXXX ) and have plenty of equity. I always pay more on my house and usually pay more on my credit cards. My salary has also increased by over 25 % over the last year as well. The credit scoring system is antiquated and appears to be designed to only reward those that are wealthy.

Consumer Complaint: In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act. The List of accounts below has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentialitv under 15 USC 1681. Reached out to XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX to reinvestigate these accounts : Account name : XXXX Synchrony Bank, Account name : XXXX XXXX. However, they stated everything was complete and accurate. But how is that possible if the open date, date of last activity and much more is incorrect. According to 15 USC 1681 ( 5 ) they are suppose to modify accounts that isn't reporting correctlv 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my writen astrucions 15 U.S.C 1681c. ( a ) ( 5 ) Section States : no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information Any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years. 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agenc if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. Also tried getting in contact numerous times, they aren't even in compliance with XXXX XXXX credit reporting either. I have evidence to prove my case.

Consumer Complaint: I have opened an account Business PRO with Lowes in XX/XX/2022. I was approved for {$8000.00} credit. Made reparations in my unit and during the 3 month and have ordered up to the max of my limit through out the whole renovation process from XX/XX/2022 XXXX XXXX Have returned 35 % of merchandise ( VIA PICK UP DELIVERY truck from LOWES ) that didn't feet my condo either in size like dishwasher and wall microwave and bathroom vanity and its granite top between the other expensive items. But my credit card was never credit back to me and Lowes was still charging me the whole amount like if i were never returned the items. As those delivery guys never returned the paper work to the store just just brought the merchandise the item i have returned but never put that information into the system crediting my account. I took all possible actions and i have exhausted all of them i went tot he store personally where to Pro desk just ignored me sending me to the credit card XXXX Synchrony Bank ) company where I furnished them with all my paper work of returned items, and submitting them all forms multiple times where i was ignored as well. Then i went to the store and spoke with manager of the store who gave his email and i sent him all proves of returns who also ignored me. I also wrote an email to Lowe 's consumer department they only have expressed me their condolences. I have done everything but nothing got resolved. My only option if you guys CFPB my only hope here and lastly the COURT. I'm sick and tired drugging this case for a year and no actions is taken with my case. Please i beg you help me to resolve this massive issue that put me in unnecessary debt for over {$3500.00} in losses that im still paying the minimum monthly with high interest of 24 % to Lowes for something I DONT HAVE. This is ridiculous. Never experienced that before and less i was expecting that from such a big corporation. I will provide you more details once you contact me back.
