I have bank statements showing this being paid to them every two week, as well as, my acount on their website showing it was recieved. They have me as a past due and showing a {$9.00} payment past due with a {$30.00} late fee, I pay XXXX a month, more than is required! I have never been late I am paid in advance and always have been. They have charged me interest for months on payments that were not even due yet. How can you charge interest on something that isn't due? This company smacks of fraud, and are simple highway robbers! They have not one person quialifed to fix mistakes or even acknowledge that there is one. I am demanding they correct this and reiumburse me ASAP. I intend to file complaints with the FDIC and the OCC. I have atteched the papertrail of payments made to this bank ... ... or lack thereof

Consumer Complaint: This company fraudulently continues to charge me returned check fees even though the money is drafted from my account and the money is there. Thats Bank closed both of my account with them and neither account had any relation. This company needs to be investigated for its processes for this particular issue. I have multiple sources of documentation that can prove this banks fraudulent practices proper to my accounts being closed. Agent and Supervisor that I talked to stated that my account was current but there wasnt anything that could be done once the accounts was closed. I was told that if two autopay payments were return then they could close the account even if current even though it was an error on their behalf. I request the consumer agreement to be mail to my house to see if I had the ability to sue this company and still havent received this information. This Bank is stealing money from its consumer and a deep dive into their processes I guarantee this company is doing this to more than just myself. Also if need be I will authorize this entity to review every detail of my account to help validate my claims.

Consumer Complaint: Early XX/XX/XXXX I saw a {$4100.00} interest charge on my account, I contacted CareCredit/Synchrony Bank Customer service representative XXXX who said I signed a contract for a " Promotion '' in XXXX to allow a final balloon interest payment of almost {$4100.00}. I requested a copy of this final promotional disclosure. I waited but I never received statements or the charge disclosure outlining the promotion. I faxed this request as well Later in XX/XX/XXXX I called CareCredit again. Spoke to a very rude customer service representative named XXXX. She told me the Doctor who completed the procedure would have a copy of the promotional disclosure I signed, not CareCredit. She informed me the interest on the balloon must be paid in full in two days or additional charges would be assessed to my account. XXXX also instructed me to please stop calling for the same issue. I spoke to the Doctor 's office. They said they never offered a " Promotion '' nor have a copy of the promotion disclosure. I am XXXX XXXX XXXX and on a fixed income. I would never sign a disclosure with a balloon payment of almost {$4100.00} interest due immediately. CareCredit never gave me even the opportunity to decide on the promotion nor explained anything to me at the time of charge at the doctors office. I requested a copy of my statements as well as a copy of the signed disclosure from CareCredit/Synchrony Bank XXXX I requested my statements for beginning XXXX to present as well as a signed copy of the " Promotional '' disclosure in XXXX This is now my fifth ( 5th ) request for a copy of my statements beginning XXXX to present & a copy of the signed disclosure which discloses the " Promotional '' for services in XXXX. Please note, I had a XXXX balance on my account prior to XXXX. My payments were and are always on time or before the due date. Prior to the Doctor service in XXXX no balance was due.

Subissue: Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement
Consumer Complaint: In early 2020 my identity was stolen, I called all my Synchrony accounts and had them put on hold. I was promised that I would not be charged for anything I did not purchase. Since that time I have been complained to Synchrony SYNCB/Amazon that I did not make these charges, but they still filed a complaint on my credit report due over 90 days. The amount is {$870.00}, as at the time I had canceled SYNCB/PAYPAL, SYNCB/LOWE 'S, SYNCB/HOMEDEPOT , SYNCB/AMAZON AND several other just through SYNCB ? The number I was given on the back of my credit card was in a foreign country, I could not understand their English and they could not understand me.

Consumer Complaint: The transaction involves a payment attempt through the merchant XXXX which is offering a joint promotion with PayPal Credit dependent on amounts spent between XXXX, ending at XXXX PDT -- i.e., Get 0 % APR for 12 months on purchases of $ XXXX and Get 0 % APR for 24 months on purchases of $ XXXX. The purchase amount is for XXXX -- inclusive of taxes and other discretionary expenses. However, once I click on the Pay with PayPal credit link they are not offering the terms of {$40.00} for 12 months as stated under PayPal 's Credit watermark on the original checkout pay on XXXX. This promotion seems either fraudulent in terms of being bait and switch or so poorly implemented that the two companies should have an enquiry opened to encourage meaningful consumer protections.
