Consumer Complaint: I have repeatedly asked for the full, un-broken chain of title with all Assignments and Substitution of Trustee recorded documents yet only receive rob-signed Assignment with the undocumented papers from closing. I was told I could call XXXX XXXX XXXX/SPS in XXXX XXXX XXXX UT to set up a viewing of the original wet-ink Deed and Note together along with the full Chain of Title that they had in their possession in order to qualify them to collect/foreclose and/or modify my loan. When I called I was told that they would first mail me the documents then when asked when I could set up an appointment to view in person I was told that he would get back with me once he found them ... Haven't heard back yet they still have a XX/XX/2019 sale date pending while they " look for my documents ''. I have requested that while they do their researching if they would cancel this sale date immediately, but they have not to date. I am very concerned that this company has no idea who the owner of my loan is as they said it was XXXX but no ID number was attached to my loan to verify, then it was XXXX XXXX, who is currently being shut down/sued as all the others who has said they owned this loan, and since no one can produce any facts and just bully me with sale dates I am very concerned that they will illegally foreclose without any rights to my loan at all!

Consumer Complaint: I just got off the Phone with Select Portfolio, they informed me that the Mortgage account has been referred to an Attorney for foreclosure. Select Portfolio refuses to accept my Loan Modification request as a Servicer in the State of Georgia they are obligated to. Also, this is a XXXX XXXX and I never agreed to this with XXXX XXXX. I was paying only {$120.00} to my principle of {$990.00} and rest to investors Select Portfolio and XXXX willfully delayed my Loan Modification till XX/XX/2018, knowing XX/XX/2018 will be the expired date to stop Banks or Loan Servicers to be mandated to provide a Loan Modification. XXXX has taking advantage of me by committing the same mortgage scam that got them in trouble during the Real Estate crisis

Consumer Complaint: This is my FOURTH time writing in about this scumbag company. Reference complaint IDs XXXX and XXXX. 4 times? What is wrong with these people? Are they being fined? THey should all be FIRED for complete incompetence. My balance is still wrong! After 4 months, complete XXXX at SPS Servicing. If everybody was fired here, I'd smile ear to ear. I should not have to complain and waste hours resolving something that I've NEVER had to do in my life. THese people are misrepresenting balances owed which gets reported to credit reporting agencies. That is FRAUD. I'd like to talk to the head of this company as this is out of control and people need to be fired here to make an example. As of this writing, they still have not applied my XXXX payment to my balance despite having shown they received my payment. They also reflect next payment due on XXXX when in fact it should be advanced to XX/XX/XXXX if they received payment!

Consumer Complaint: I recently received a Notice of Foreclosure sale XX/XX/18. I am a Trustee and Co-Beneficiary of a Family Trust which the subject property is titled in reference to original borrower known as the Estate of XXXX XXXX. I reached out to the servicer but I have found it difficult to communicate with the servicer and the foreclosure law firm requires that I speak to servicer before they will process a postponement of sale ( Non Judicial State TN ). I do not have understanding of what the alleged amount of indebtedness is, what alleged payoff is, alleged reinstatement amount, and No one has addressed the matter of servicer/Lender error in trading the loan and closing out the initial Trust allegedly opened by Lender. A Title search revealed a error as per SEC violation. None of the living beneficiaries received any notice from servicer except for me at last minute. The foreclosure firm says they were Not Given an amount of Indebtedness ( XXXX at Foreclosure Law Firm representing Servicer SPS ) The Firm refers me to the servicer and the servicer will not speak to me without an updated Third Party Authorization. Which I can not obtain until I am given legal advise as to who should sign the new Authorization as the previous decedent of Mrs XXXX is also deceased and XXXX XXXX is no longer a beneficiary of the Trust.

I am receiving mortgage default phone calls from Select Portofilio advising they are collectiong on a debt for a default mortgage. I received 3 phone calls on XX/XX/2018 from Select Portfolio Servicing demaning mortgage payments that are delinquent and the respective late payment charges & interst amounting too {$15000.00} plus 2 past due mortgage payments in the amounts of {$1300.00} & {$1300.00}. I am not in default of my mortgage payments ; I am not behind in my payemnts. Why is a debt collections agency calling and sending me written mortgage default requests for payment

Consumer Complaint: I have a foreclosre sale coming up on XX/XX/2018 and Select portfolio is snot removing the sale which will be in violation of my Home Owner Bill of Rights. Time after time this is a never ending battle with Select Portfolio Servicing to receive a loan modification. Im still having issues and have very big concerns regarding my home and Select Portfolio Servicing. They have placed my home on a foreclosure sale and has not yet removed the sale due to my loan modification in review. As soon as it seems like we are moving forward with the review process they are in need of something else. Finally they said they have all requested documents in their Ombudsman department. SPS has all my loan modification documents needed for a review they are reviewing it but still have the foreclosure sale when asked Select Portfolio Servicing they say its still active. How if im in review they still have the sale up. Im really worried about them selling my home. They have been jumping me around for a very long time now with my loan modification. I can not get a loan modification without them threatening me with a foreclosure sale date. I still to this day can not get a loan modification they always denying my loan modification. Please help me with this I have sale on my home XX/XX/2018 I am out of options I do not know what else to do for them to stop the sale and give me a loan modification. Please help me please I need someone to talk to about this. They are violating my Home Owner Bill of Rights and I need the sale stopped imminently for my modification to go through. This is way too long over three years now and I can not get an offer. Im ready to pay my mortgage but need help setting up and receiving a loan modification. Even when Making Home Affordable program was in use in the U.S the company still prolonged the process for us and never gave us any offers or options through the program until it expired by the government. This is deceptive ways to get the borrower out and not to give them the loan modification.

I was really surprised as XXXX XXXX had never notified Me, I called XXXX and the REPSENTATIVE HAD NO CLUE WHAT I WAS TALKING. AS SHE COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING.SO I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR AFTER SEARCHING FOR LONG HE WAS ABLE TO TELL ME YES MY MORTGAGE WAS TRANSFERRED, UPON ASKING WHY WAS NOT NOTIFIED HE SAID WE ARE GOING TO SEND LETTER THE OTHER MORTGAGE COMPANY RUSHED TO SEND IT. I INQUIRED ABOUT MY MORTGAGE NUMBER WITH NEW COMPANY AND THEIR PHONE NUMBER HE GAVE ME THE INFO. WHEN I CALLED THAT NUMBER THEY SAID THEY HAD NO INFO ABOUT THIS MORTGAGE. ON XX/XX/XXXX I GOT LETTER FROM XXXX ABOUT THE TRANSFER OF THE SERVING OF MORTGAGE, IN BETWEEN EVERY TIME I CALLED SELECT PORTFOLIO COMPANT THEY SAID THEY HAVE NO INFO ON MY MORTGAGE AS TRANSFER IS NOT DONE 100 PERCENT, I WAS ALSO BEEN TOLD THAT I WILL RECEIVE A PACAKGE ABOUT MY MORTGAGE PAPER WORK WHICH I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IN TODAYS DATE. oN XX/XX/XXXX FINALLY I WAS ABLE TO LOG IN THE SYSTEM AND CREATE AN ACCOUNT WITH NEW MORTGAGE COMPANY, UPON REVEIWING I SAW MY AMORTIZATION SCHDUELE DATE WAS WRONG FROM WHAT XXXX ACCORDING TO XXXX I SHOULD BE DONE IN XX/XX/XXXX .AND THEY ARE SHOWING AS MY DATE AS XX/XX/XXXX. Consumer Complaint: I have recently been denied for a loan modification on an appeal review. I originally applied for a loan modification and was denied due to insufficient income. My Sister then moved in with me and helped with {$1000.00} to cover the household expenses. With the changes in my financials, i then reapplied for a loan modification. I was later told that I was denied and am no longer able to reapply since i can only be reviewed once in a year. Now that I am able to afford my home with the help of my Sister, they will not consider reviewing it and I will lose my home. I have worked too hard for this to happen. Please help.

Consumer Complaint: Last year this time I hired an agent to short sell my home. I have had two buyers who back out. The last buyer backed out XX/XX/XXXX. The sell was scheduled for XX/XX/XXXX, however my agent was able to get the sale date moved until XX/XX/XXXX. In meantime I received another offer with was submitted XX/XX/XXXX, 30 days before the sale date. I received a letter from the bank acknowledging the receipt of the office XX/XX/XXXX. After some time my agent called the mortgage company she was told that I didn't qualify for a short sale because I hadn't submitted an offer beforeXX/XX/XXXXXXXX she was told I was sent a letter explaining ( first I never received any letter from them ) and my only option was cash for keys. After much going back and forth through agent and me even calling it seems that someone made a mistake at the company. The mortgage company needed some additional information that was sent to them however they keep saying the reason they denied it was because of the extra paperwork was not given to them. Unfortunately I don't have copies of calls, however they are recorded.
