Consumer Complaint: This particular account situation that is lately filing on my own credit document has a seriously unfavorable relation to my personal ability to obtain a present loan application. I highly recommend you generate verification that SELECT PORTFOLIO SER has been reported completely in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act regulations, it's really a serious problem to mis-report. More confirmation of the aforesaid item too. My proper request must over, I was never 30 days/60 days/120 days late in any of my payments and I'm not greatly tuned in to the date opened so I prefer to ask you be investigated as soon as possible and confirmed to be correct. Thanks!

My statement, online system, and phone system all state the payment posted on XX/XX/19. I called SPS Servicing on XX/XX/19 to complain and phone reps assure me verbally that payment properly posted on XX/XX/19. I do not believe them because SPS Servicing is a 3rd party payment processing company that I have no written agreement with and I do not trust them. I want to end my relationship with SPS Servicing and go back to XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: Robo-signing '' is a term used by consumer advocates to describe the robotic process of the mass production of false and forged execution of mortgage assignments, satisfactions, affidavits, and other legal documents related to mortgage foreclosures and legal matters being created by persons without knowledge of the facts being attested to. It also includes accusations of notary fraud wherein the notaries pre- and/or post-notarize the affidavits and signatures of so-called robo-signers. I am alleging both Select Portfolio Servicing ( SPS ) and XXXX ( XXXX ) has executed not only a false mortgage assignment, but a forged mortgage assignment as well. Forgery : Although XXXX did not allegedly file this mortgage assignment, they are culpable due to the fact they authorized SPS as their attorney in fact ; according to the documentation SPS provided. Either they did or did not authorize SPS as an attorney in fact. If they did, they are culpable. I would like written confirmation from XXXX stating in the affirmative the fact they did or did not authorize SPS as attorney in fact for the AOM filed on XX/XX/XXXX. Notice the signature on the XX/XX/XXXX AOM by XXXX XXXX compared to two other documents used to verify XXXX XXXX notary signature. The difference is remarkable and overwhelmingly substantiates forgery. Falseification : Notice the property address listed in the XX/XX/XXXX AOM ( listed as XXXX XXXX, XXXX, NY XXXX ). This is different than the actual property address contained in the mortgage dated XX/XX/XXXX, Instrument # XXXX SPS references in the XX/XX/XXXX XXXX. The actual address is unknown as it is not listed in the mortgage document referenced by SPS. However, the address listed in the security agreement is XXXX XXXX XXXX New York XXXX. The security agreement also states, You are giving us a security interest in the real estate located at the above address. Also, the legal description codified in the document is not the legal description of my deceased parents home location. In addition, the dollar amount referenced in the XX/XX/XXXX AOM is inaccurate compared to Instrument # XXXX. All the above constitutes falsification. Both SPS and XXXX are aware of these fraudulent actions, however, they both have chosen to ignore the clear and accurate documentation I have provided on numerous occasions. I demand a thorough investigation conducted by a third party other than SPS or XXXX, as it is evident they lack the integrity in their ability to investigate these matters independently.

Consumer Complaint: I built a pole barn on my property that wasnt there when the loan was procured. I lost the pole barn to a fire the mortgage company claims that anything built on the property belongs to the mortgage and they required to be on the insurance check I requested to see where that was written in my mortgage but they refused to provided me with documentation ... After fighting with them for a I mailed them the check XXXX XX/XX/2019 requesting to be except to have a contractor rebuild my barn since it was paid for previously out of my pocket and state of IL does not require contractors to be licensed They refused to allow me to be exempt. I resubmitted the request a semiconductor time and was approved for little over half of the insurance check XXXX. The approval was in XXXX XXXX 2019. I was told 3 to 5 days I would get my money. On the XXXX I called and they told its is 5 to 7 days to receive the money On XXXX I called and I was told no its 10 days and the XXXX was the tenth day. On the XXXX they called and said the funds were being release and I requested the check would be sent over night and they agreee on the XXXX I called and they couldnt tell me why the check wasnt sent yet and I just had to wait. As of XXXX XXXX they still will not release me my funds and can not give me a reasonable explanation I have had to delay shipments of rebuilding supplies away twice now and all my personnel item that should be stored in the barn is sitting out side in the weather. NEW UPDATE CAUSE FIRST TRY DID NOT RESOLVE THE ISSUE -- - In XXXX I had a inspection and my mortgage company said I was only 18 % complete THIS IS A POLE BARN NOT A HOUSE I fought with them trying to explain to them that this is a pole barn and only thing left to complete a POLE BARN was place metal on it. A 100 % Complete Pole Barn Does not require a bathroom a kitchen a electrical panel -- -- A pole barn is a build that is used to store equipment in like mowers campers tractor etc. etc. -- -- After fighting with the mortgage company again I was lucky enough to be allowed more funds -- - I AM NOW 100 % complete and still fighting to receive the remaining {$10000.00} of my money -- -- The mortgage company keeps playing games and saying they haven't received an inspection that that wanted that they requested that they required. GIVE ME MY XXXX MONEY and quit holding me hostage by continuing to give me lame XXXX excuses that someone else holing it up -- -- I am complete so give me my money

Consumer Complaint: After 5 months ( XX/XX/2019 thru XXXX 2019 ) with certified letters to Select Portfolio Servicing , Inc. to request the review of documents furnished by me that supports full payments of every month that I had the present mortgage, SPS continued to deny and did not look into the evidence verifying full payment of every mortgage payment from XX/XX/2019 thru XX/XX/2019. SPS told me that the missing payment would take months for them to clear my name with the credit reporting agencies. This information was reported to me most recently. Further, I had to go thru the re-financing effort with a new company and pay almost {$5000.00} to close on the new effort in XXXX because of the " missing payment. '' I just received a full payment check by SPS for their error that they never reported to XXXX XXXX, the new Mortgage Company ; however, the credit reporting companies, to my knowledge, has yet to " repair '' the information furnished in error by SPS.

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX, I applied for a hardship Mortgage Modification. Interest rates by SPS where at 5.5. %, causing problems in trying to keep up due to a lawsuit against the Investor " XXXX XXXX '' filed in XXXX, on another matter. After 4 years, I was granted a favored solution but by this time, my GREAT CREDIT SCORE OF XXXX, HAD BEEN DESTROYED. AND as a result, credit was not obtainable for me to help ease making affordable payments. On XX/XX/XXXX, I was sent a letter to pay {$50000.00} for total reinstatement of account by XX/XX/XXXX. I made this payment and confirmed by SPS. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a Mortgage Statement which stated that I needed to pay {$51000.00}, for the Payment due date of XX/XX/XXXX. I made the {$50000.00} by the XX/XX/XXXX, date and completed the difference of {$1100.00} by XX/XX/XXXX, Per the statement, that would have brought my account current. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. I received a letter 1hat I was in default again, since I didn't pay {$5100.00}, for XXXX. i NEVER RECEIVED any notification by the company for that amount. They are a misleading company and prone to errors. I have constantly have had to go back and forth with them but always losing since i don't have any power as a consumer to get them to make the corrections to my account ( this goes back to when I paid my property taxes then they paid the same, and I had to go to the assessor 's office to return their payment vs them just recalling it back ) because of this error they did a Escrow account and instead of fighting with them I let them go ahead and do the impounding of the Escrow. There is a lot of work on my part to get them to fix but I cant seem to get passed their hardness towards consumers. I NEVER received any documentation for a payment of {$5100.00} by SPS, and i contacted them and they gave me this long letter. The facts are that they are negligent in how they report data from their system and NOT find a need to correct what they produce in error. In addition to the error, they end up charging me late fees and other charges even though I am current per the Mortgage Statement of XXXX. They do this trick whereby they post funds into the Uappled funds after they pay for their fees even though I paid them correctly. Its a fraud and someone needs to look into this practice of their system. In addition I submitted for a hardship due to their investor making a mistake on another matter, and they ruined my credit score. In their denial of a Modification they claim that at a interest rate of 3.875 %, I don't qualify for a Modification but at 5.5 %, I qualify for making their calculated mortgage payment. SPS and the Investor XXXX XXXX are manipulators of the data and cause foreclosures to occur so they can take back the property and sell it for its Market Value. XXXX knows that my home Equity is 70 % above what I owe. So its a scam!! On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a letter for a payoff demand on my loan. Which I don't know where this comes from, since I believe I am current on my loan in XX/XX/XXXX. I have paid my XXXX payment, but they are putting these payments in unapplied funds. As you can see, how can this be since the XXXX Mortgage Statement tells me what i owe and that is WHAT WAS PAID. Errors by the SPS system and Fraud by XXXX XXXX the Investor. Someone needs to look into their business practices in working with the consumers and acknowledging their errors by the system and their employees.

Consumer Complaint: My mortgage was sold to SPS Servicing ( www.spsservicing.com ) by the originator. This company does everything within their power to ensure that you can not make your payment on time. The following issues have occurred since they have became my mortgagee : 1 ) If you hang up before the phone repeats the confirmation code back to you, they will kick your payment out. 2 ) If you become two months late, they will send someone to " inspect '' your house to ensure that you are still living there and charge {$600.00} for this " service ''. 3 ) Last week I tried to make a payment online. They had already processed my payment and then the website " crashed ''. I had no way to know if they ran my payment or not. 4 ) Prior to that, I had tried to make the payment online, but they never sent me the 2nd part of the 2 part verification process. In today 's market, they know that they can not generate new business, so they do everything within their power to ensure that you can not escape them by refinancing and simply try to fee you to death. I have also asked for proof that they had the right to " inspect '' my home and add those fees to the balance. They gave me a fax number and no one ever replied. I would never do business with people this unethical and I believe that I should have some say-so in that matter. I should not be forced to do business with criminals.

Issue: Struggling to pay mortgage

Consumer Complaint: I am a XXXX XXXX and I have tried to Modify my loan with XXXX XXXX XXXX for at least two years. I also XXXX XXXX XXXX for the school system. I have proved everything over and over again to XXXX XXXX XXXX. With finally getting a complete acceptable package for XXXX XXXX XXXX, when we called to check the status, they informed me that my loan was no longer serviced by XXXX. I asked how will I know who has my loan now? They said I would get it in the mail..and I did receive a letter in the mail from the new Servicer SPS on the XXXX of XXXX and two days later a sale date for my home for XX/XX/2019. I have never received any other correspondence from Specialized Loan Servicing except two letters. I never received any mail from XXXX XXXX Loans, I found out information from calling to check on my account. Please help me save my home. Thank You

Consumer Complaint: I have been behind 30 days just after my loan modification ended in XX/XX/XXXX and I have been trying to keep my payments up. But recently I recieved a letter from the loan servicing company who is SPS Servicing and now they are saying in a letter after they have reviewed my loan and interest payments etc that they are increasing my loan with interest from the amount of XXXX to XXXX a month. Now how can a mortgage servicing company change my interest or increase it due to an audit finding they supposedly found and are not giving me specific information from what they sent me in writing. It appears maybe they made an error but thats not my issue or my fault and they are not allowed to increase my loan due to their poor oversight of my loan and thats why they are a loan servicing company. I would like this fixed correctly. And all my statements show I still owe as if I did from they day I did this loan back in XX/XX/XXXX. I cant see how this loan isnt going down while its half way paid off?

Consumer Complaint: It is with great desperation that I have written to Sp servicing requesting a loan modification that would be affordable for our family. I intend to stay in my home and, hope, through the loan modification program. I will be able to get my loan back on track. I am very frustrated. This process has taken so long that I have incurred attorneys bills, escrow account increases and monthly principal and interest. SP servicing has conducted a review in accordance with the investor 's eligibility rules. I qualified for a loss mitigation program which offers a repayment plan with a balloon payment at the end. I had to reject the plan because of the balloon payment. Sp servicing claims this program was intended to help you avoid foreclosure. .However, now that so I do not lose my home Iam willing to take that Trial period they are telling me the loan is no longer available.. Are they playing games with hard working people. I am pleading now to please review my case and offer a more reasonable program. I do not understand how now that there is a change of circumstances the servicing company can not work with me,. I was fortunate for in XXXX of XXXX, I became employed at a restaurant near my home. My income has greatly improved with these increases. I will be able to to make my payments. I live at my residence since XXXX. I want to maintain my home for my children. I also must tell you that refinancing is not an option. My home does not appraise. I ask again you reduce the interest, extend the terms of the loan and I will be able to afford my home. I have submitted requested appropriated documents including my spouse 's financials such as paystubs, bank statements, to demonstrated that I am serious. I am hoping you can understand..
