Select Portfolio Servicing ( SPS ) does this on purpose to collect illegally {$15.00} for paying on their website or via phone. THIS IS AN ILLEGAL AND FRAUDULENT ACTOR. How am I supposed to pay my mortgage on time via my banks own bill payment, if the? On XX/XX/2020 I had to pay XX/XX/2020 mortgage payment via Select Portfolio Servicing ( SPS ) s website ( see attached ), as my bank could not process my Mortgage Payment via my banks Bill Pay before XX/XX/2020. ( 2 ) Besides, constant Mortgage Payment Statement 's delayed delivery issue ; there is no ESCROW ACCOUNTING AS OF XX/XX/2020 UNDER RESPA. cc. Without a release it was sent back XX/XX/XXXX sos sent the money to XXXX XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX received a check for {$250000.00}. from XXXXi asked them to send my proceeds directly to me Instead of the money I received a state that I now OWE {$240000.00}. I do not owe {$240000.00} and I dont have my {$250000.00} proceeds Sps needs to give me {$500000.00} to pay off this loan. XX/XX/XXXX notification that account Is paid in full subject to advances and pending transactions.

The new case number is XXXX XXXX XXXX v Select Portfolio Servicing et al I refiled the case mostly with the documents I received from you all ( CFPB ) thank you all so so very much you all are the people XXXX angels and thank you for standing up especially for indigent and poor people, May XXXX continue to bless CFPB employees you all are the best!! Therefore Im asking for your continued assistance with the above case number. Select Portfolio Servicing did not apply 3 mortgage payments to my loan account number : XXXX now they are saying I owe payment for XXXX, this is false my mortgage payments are current please review attachments of exhibits A BC and D also they are adding late fees and increasing monthly payments to XXXX which is incorrect my property insurance went down and decrease {$630.00} dollars also before they sent out my new mortgage payments was {$110000.00} which was excessive overcharging. Also Im questioning the Hazard Insurance, why do I have hazard insurance added as Additional insured ( s ) and other additional interest ( s ) all these unknown and unneeded insurance fees and make me pay for, this is a big problem. I got a letter asking if I want to refinance or do an loan modification agreement, this is crazy when this whole loan modification was misrepresented by false documents and false insurance claims.

Select Portfolio Servicing owes me a check for the remainder of my escrow account in the amount of {$1700.00} which as of XX/XX/2020 I have not received. I have called them three times ; once in XXXX and again on XX/XX/XXXX. I was told on both occasions that the check had been mailed. The last date they said the check was mailed was XX/XX/2020. It is now XX/XX/XXXX and I have not received my check. I called XX/XX/XXXX and have not received a satisfactory response. I would like to file a formal complaint against Select Portfolio Servicing

Consumer Complaint: I managed to keep up with my mortgage payments just fine. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic and the state 's " Stay at Home Order '' resulted in my business being unable to operate for 3 months. This cause for my mortgage to default and the mortgage company placed on a three month forbearance which was open ended. They failed to advise me that at the end of the 3 months, i would be required to pay back 3 months worth of mortgage payments at once even though i did not earn income throughout the months of XX/XX/2020, XX/XX/2020, XXXX XXXX and a part of XX/XX/2020. I was finally able to resume my business and even though it was taking a few weeks to bounce back, my income was slowly coming back to normal. The mortgage company SPS XXXX offered me to pay back all the past due by payment by making triple payments for 3 months to keep my loan from going into foreclosure. I had no choice but to refuse this offer as my income was not back 100 % and i could not afford those payments. Now my income is back to what it was before the pandemic and SPS is refusing to review my case for assistance once again. They said and I quote " We already reviewed it once, and we are not obligated to review it again ... '' I have explained to them the change in circumstances since my previous application and yet they refuse to even look at it.

For the first 4 statements from XX/XX/2020 thru XX/XX/2020 it states no prepayment penalty. All of a sudden on my XXXX statement it says YES. I called on XX/XX/2020 their customer service dept, spoke with supervisor XXXX who said he would have the payoff/cashiering dept/research dept. call me the next day. No all on XX/XX/2020. I called back this morning and he said I should have a call today, but no guarantees. I feel XXXX is just putting me off, and there is no fix insight. Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX did loan modifications in 2008 for our house. It was a 40 years mortgage split in two parts : 1- 1st XXXX on {$360000.00} @ 2 % starting rate. 2- 2nd XXXX XXXX {$89000.00} without baring interest or payments. We have been paying our mortgage payments on time without missing any. Shortly after, XXXX XXXX sold the loan to S P Servicing company. Our current interest rate is 5.125 % for the remainder of 40 years contract. Why the S p servicing doesn't adjust our loan payments accordingly knowing the fact that our interest is adjustable on the loan, in comparison with the going interest rates given by lending institutions are below 2 % at the present time. We have been struggling to pay our mortgage all these years on time, and currently we have our house for sale due to financial difficulties. My request from you is to get REIMBURSED for all over charged interest rates we have been paying to S P Servicing all these years. Please advise as what action you will take to resolve this issues. Thank you
