Our information was taken for the purpose of obtaining loans for others self profit. We DEMAND SPS delete both 1099 C. Consumer Complaint: My mortgage servicer is Select Port Folio, Requested mortgage assistance because I have been affected by covid-19, and the mortgage term ballooned out. I have requested assistance several times. I have received denial several times, each time I receive a denial for mortgage assistance it has been for a different reason. The mortgage servicer mortgage assistance dept. appears not to know how to process my request. I am a teacher, the pandemic has been difficult for me mentally, financially, emotionally and I lost several family members of which I help to bury to the pandemic. I need a Covid -19 mortgage assistance, my mortgage loan terms fixed with a fixed interest rate and term. I don't want to be homeless. Some of Select Port folio reasons for denial is the investor does not want to modify my mortgage, and they don't have my income information of which I have faxed and emailed several times.

Consumer Complaint: SPS ( Select Portfolio Services ) obtained my mortgage and have charged fees to make electronic payments. The only way to avoid fees is to mail in payments or subscribe to automatic withdraws. Initially the payment fee was {$5.00} and now the fee has increased to {$15.00} with no other payment options other than by mail or automatic withdraw. Additionally, they did not offer to waive the late fee since I have never made a late payment. My bank mails my payment directly to SPS and the XXXX payment was not received and this is when I discovered that the payment fee had increased to {$15.00} and add to this the {$38.00} late fee. I feel that these fees just for customers to make payments is abusive and predatory. We should not be charged fees to make payments.

Consumer Complaint: Ok so this has been a long dragged out situation!!! I filed a CFPB report about this already and the situation has only got worse AND they lied to the CFPB in their answer. My Father passed away XX/XX/2021 Sadly, I contacted SPS shortly after about his 3 mortgages with them because sadly he was in the middle of the Cares act ( Pandemic relief for mortgages ) and that has to be either modified or extended etc which requires me to be able to speak to them and do either the modification or the extension of the Cares act. Which means I can't simply just continue payments after he passed, it requires me to deal with SPS. So they stated I needed to provide the Death certificate to speak on the account, I did, they took 2-3 weeks to " process/Verify/Review '' it, then came back and said " Well sorry you were mis informed but now we need the Will '' I gave the Will. Took over a month to " process/Verify/Review '' the Will which shows me as the executor as well as the property being left to me, they came back with " Sorry you were mis informed AGAIN we need the probate documents signed by a judge '' I start Probate ( not a fast moving situation and even worse being done during a Pandemic ) FINALLY after about 6 weeks, I get the document from probate signed by a Probate Judge!!! SPS once again takes their sweet time ( dont remember how long this time ) to Verify it, comes back NOT GOOD ENOUGH, I speak to a supervisor at SPS who agrees with me and says " this is more then enough im going to resubmit it and you should be all set in 72 hours '' 72 hours pass and NOPE " Sorry you were yet again mis informed, we need the deed transferred over in your name '' I spoke to Probate court this morning and they said it sounds like SPS is playing games and stalling, Probate said what they gave signed by the JUDGE is enough, even said to have SPS call them directly and even speak to the judge, SPS refused. MEANWHILE SPS is sending foreclosure letters even know THEY are stalling!!! it seems like a scam and Probate agrees as does the Judge!!!

Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc., purports to be a mortgage servicer servicing a loan on behalf of an investor by the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX as TRUSTEE OF CERTIFICATE HOLDER MULTI-CLASS MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, CHASE FLEX TRUST SERIES 2007-3. However, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX as TRUSTEE OF CERTIFICATE HOLDER MULTI-CLASS MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, CHASE FLEX TRUST SERIES 2007-3 ; has contended that they are not the owner of the loan, they are not the owner of the land nor are they in any way shape or form involved with any foreclosure proceedings. Naturally, Select Portfolio was asked to : Validate the Debt, Provide Accounting, Verification of Claim from their alleged client the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, A copy of the contact that binds both parties with signatures by both and or all parties, A Copy of any and all invoices from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX showing XXXX XXXX XXXX owes a debt to them, Any and all other proof a debt is owned to their alleged client XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX The same questions have been asked for years and Select Portfolio has not been able to provide any of the documents enlisted above. It is clear, a debt is not owed to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. However, Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc keeps accelerating a fake debt on their behalf, which triggers the advertisement of a Non-Judicial Foreclosure Sale. This is not legal or lawful nor can they legally or lawfully foreclose on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX when XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX stated on several different occasions by several different forms of communication that they in fact are NOT THE OWNER OF THE LAND OR HOME.
